The Space:

Step onto a quiet, oak‑shaded street and feel the gentle Gulf breeze as you settle into a spacious Pensacola retreat. The yard stretches under a canopy of mature trees, inviting you to sip coffee on the patio or gather for a barbecue. Inside, each of the six distinct units offers its own blend of comfort and privacy, perfect for groups seeking both togetherness and personal space.



Sleeping arrangements

Duplex One – Unit A sleeps 8 with two Queen beds in Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2, plus an additional Queen bed that includes a single bunk above and a single trundle below. Unit B sleeps 5 with a Queen bed and single trundle in Bedroom 3 and a Queen bed in Bedroom 4.

Duplex Two – Unit C sleeps 3 with a Queen bed and single trundle in Bedroom 5. Unit D sleeps 5 with a Queen bed and single trundle in Bedroom 6, plus a sleeper sofa that converts to a Queen pull‑out bed in the living room.

Single‑Family House – Unit E sleeps 14 with a King Bed in Bedroom 7, two sets of bunk beds providing four single beds in Bedroom 8, and two sets of bunk beds providing four queen beds in Bedroom 9.

Unit F sleeps 6 with a Queen bed in Bedroom 10, a Queen bed in Bedroom 11, and a sleeper sofa that converts to a Queen pull‑out bed in the living room.



Outdoor living

The expansive yard is framed by towering oaks, creating a tranquil backdrop for morning coffee, evening drinks, or a family barbecue. A patio area offers shade and open space for games, while the open lawn invites children and pets to play safely.



Kitchen & dining

Each unit features a well‑appointed kitchen stocked with essential appliances and cookware, allowing you to prepare meals just as you would at home. Comfortable dining areas and inviting living spaces make it easy to share meals and conversation.



Neighborhood

A short drive brings you to downtown Pensacola, where restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions await. The city’s renowned beaches, historic sites, and vibrant nightlife are all within easy reach, giving you the best of coastal Florida at your doorstep.

The Neighborhood:

The home is tucked away from the street in a peaceful area with large oak trees in the Myrtle Grove neighborhood of Pensacola, Florida. Next door to the property is a children's school so you may hear them playing during the daytime hours.



The home is located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but still centrally located for incredible beaches, shopping, and restaurants . We are a short drive to the main Pensacola Beach. The city is a place full of friendly people. It is one of the rare cities that has a small town feel but there is always an event or attraction to enjoy.



Pensacola is one of americas oldest and most storied cities and is located along the gulf of Mexico with miles of white sand beaches.

There is a small private school next door. You may hear children playing during school hours.
