Perfect location to all the historical sites we wanted to see. Parking we reserved was only 1 block south. The space was cute and comfortable to relax after a day of walking and slept like babies in the most comfortable bed in the lower level. We didn't use the kitchen much but would have everything we needed. We will for sure visit again when back in Philadelphia.

Great location in Old City! Convenient to all transit, interstate, food & easy access to all the popular things to do. It’s across the street from the gorgeous Christ Church too! Host is super & very responsive to everything we needed & even handled an issue with great speed & ease. Highly recommend!

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a very good Old Town location close to the historical sites and with convenient public transit, if preferred. There was a problem with the coding for entering the building, but it was resolved. Do note that the air conditioning is loud since the unit is in a closet next to the kitchen/living room, and, if you have trouble with stairs, the bedroom/bathroom in the basement.
