The house was even better than we expected. The decor was beautiful and the location was perfect! The host was quick to respond and we appreciated her checking to see if everything was ok after check in.

Christina is a great host. She is responsive to questions and any issues that may arise. This is the second time we have stayed at this location, both times to visit family in the area. The house is clean, with an updated kitchen and bathrooms, and well-equipped for guests. The neighborhood is lovely and the location is very walkable to the downtown area. We highly recommend this listing if you have occasion to stay in the Roswell area.

This house is perfect for two couples or a small family. It is very clean and the furniture is comfortable. The rooms are good-sized and having two bathrooms is a real plus. The kitchen is well-equipped as well. The neighborhood is lovely and is within walking distance to the Southern Trilogy of historic homes in Roswell—all free admission and well worth a visit. If you like to hike or run trails, the area by the Mill is within walking distance and the Chattahoochee Nature Center is a 7 minute drive away and has a river boardwalk in addition to the trails and the center. Downtown on Canton Street, also walking distance, are a wonderful variety of restaurants and shops. I would stay in this location again!

I was extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. We had to check out four days early because of a sudden medical emergency involving my mother. This was completely unexpected and beyond our control. I reached out to the host, hoping for some understanding and at least a partial refund for the unused nights, but was told that no refund could be provided. When I contacted VRBO, I was informed that the decision was entirely up to the host.While I understand that cancellation policies exist, I also believe exceptional circumstances deserve compassion and reasonable consideration. We spent a significant amount of money on this stay and left the property early, not because we wanted to, but because we had a family emergency that required us to return home immediately.We travel to Roswell every year and had every intention of staying at this property again. Unfortunately, the lack of empathy and unwillingness to work with us has completely changed our opinion. The property itself may have been fine, but customer service and how guests are treated during difficult situations matter just as much. Because of this experience, we will not return to this property, nor would I recommend it to others looking for a host who values long-term relationships and guest goodwill.

Cute 2bdroom home with fantastic bathrooms and super convenient location close to everything in Roswell. Highly recommended if you want to explore the town. Owner was very responsive and kitchen very well stocked. Price is a bargain for the area.
