This brand-new, expansive 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom bayfront retreat is designed for ultimate relaxation and comfort. With spacious rooms and large windows throughout, the home is bathed in natural light and offers breathtaking views of the bay from nearly every corner. The calming sounds of the water provide a serene backdrop for your getaway.

Step outside to your private oasis, featuring a stunning heated pool that can be enjoyed year-round. An outdoor kitchen nearby makes dining al fresco a breeze, perfect for grilling up your favorite meals while enjoying the breeze off the water. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower to keep the sand out and refresh yourself before taking a dip in the pool.

This home is ideal for large groups or family gatherings, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Plus, you`re just 15 minutes away from all the exciting attractions in South Padre Island, making it easy to explore the local sights, dining, and activities.

Whether you`re lounging by the pool, enjoying a sunset on the bay, or exploring the nearby attractions, this beautiful home offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.
Renters must be 21 years of age.

No pets allowed.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Loud and obnoxious behavior is not permitted.

No smoking allowed inside and around the premises. No marijuana or drugs on premises.

Renters assume responsibility for safe usage of the pool and supervision of children near water.

Grilling is allowed in the built in kitchen area only.

No Parties are permitted.

Crossing from property to property behind the fences on the bay is forbidden.

Entering any property not included in this rental is forbidden.

Please do not leave doors open while in or out of property.

Clotheslines are not permitted. Hanging laundry, towels, swimsuits from balconies and
porches, etc. are not permitted.

The HOA reserves the right to fine every violation of the rules, regulations and policies at a minimum of $500 per violation.

It was amazing! We had 14 ppl and we comfortably stayed in this gorgeous house! Pool and hot tub was perfect! They brought us requested accommodations, and at check out, you did not have the stress to do dishes, linens before leaving!
