Many interruptions occurred with the water lines...water backing up in kitchen sink resulted in nonuse of kitchen for 2.5 days. Weeks later water was backing up in both showers. The designated hostess, Sharon, was on top of all our phone calls requesting plumber assistance so I was very appreciative of that. Because I had plans those particular days Sharon came and sat at the house waiting for the plumbers on my behalf. The owner lives out of state but was also immediate to my needs via Sharon. Apparantly I was the first renter in the home after the owner purchased it and made many renovations and then left town. In his defense, my guess is he wasn't there long enough for these issues to arise.The view from the Arizona Room and dining room are of the scenic water pond complete with fountain . Very relaxing. Walking paths throughout the complex very tranquil. Although I enjoyed my time in the community, I was inconvenienced with the continual water problems as well as a few other mishaps. Hence, the average rating. Renters will appreciate the 24-hr security for safety reasons . The grounds are well maintained. The neighbors are super friendly and kind. Theres a myriad of activities offered so you can be as busy as you want to be...or not. A large library too. Theres even a small cafe onsite. The only time you need to leave is to go to the grocery store, everything else is on site.
