The flapper in the guest bathroom has been replaced. The guest did not inform us about the toilet running while he was here, so we didn't know about the problem until this review was submitted. We are available by phone, text & email 24/7 to handle any issue that may arise during your stay. The condo has been updated; including new floors, new kitchen, etc.

This guest called us shortly after arrival asking for a refund. His complaint was that the living room & bedroom furniture was not new. The living room furniture had just been delivered 2 weeks before his arrival, and the bedroom furniture was purchased in late 2021, as is stated in the condo description. He then called back about half an hour later complaining that there was dust behind the refrigerator. Because the unit was clean, he actually moved the refrigerator out looking for something to complain about. Again, he requested a refund stating health and safety concerns. The unit was booked for the 3 months prior to his stay, to several different guests, and no similar complaints were made. In fact, our February & March guests left very good reviews of their experiences. It is questionable whether this traveler ever intended to stay in the unit. It appears that knowing we have a no refund policy within 60 days of arrival, he attempted to circumvent our policy by concocting "health & safety" issues in hopes that we would issue him a refund in order to avoid bad publicity for our company. UPDATE 5/2/2022: An inspector from the Department of Business and Professional Regulation inspected the condo on April 29 and found none of the renter's complaints to be valid.

New beach chairs have been purchased for the unit and now there are plenty. The unit had been vacant for some time while the new bedroom furniture was ordered and installed, which contributed to the musty smell upon the guest arrival. Fortunately, our maintenance line is open 24/7 and we were able to get a cleaning crew out shortly after receiving the guest's call. Update March, 2022: New living room furniture has now been purchased and delivered.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay at the condo. If you return bear in mind that you can hop on the free Siesta Breeze Trolley right in front of the property and ride the entire length of the island, including Siesta Key Village. You are welcome back any time!
