Ocean Breeze: Beach Front Condo with Pool
This charming and stylish condo is perfect for a group trips. Located in a non-touristy neighborhood 30 minutes west of San Juan, this 3rd story apartment boasts one of the best ocean views in Puerto Rico. You will be able to enjoy a pool exclusive to the building, and a local favorite surfing beach a couple hundred feet from the building.
This spacious apartment has 2 bedrooms with AC, 2 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a smart tv, and a sprawling balcony with a stunning ocean view.
The Space:
This apartment is on the 3rd floor, offering incredibly privacy and a stunning view. There are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning. The master bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is a double room with two queen beds. There is a full guest bathroom in the hallway. Enjoy home cooked meals in the essential-stocked kitchen. There is free, gated parking. Please ensure you park in space 303.
You will have access to the entire apartment, the pool, and access to the beach. My cohost Kelisin lives in the area and can be available in person if needed. The condo building is located in a local, friendly neighborhood. There is an excellent, oceanfront restaurant that is a 3 minute walk away. There are also a couple local stores and bars within a 5 minute walk. The building is a 5 minute drive from the grocery store and town center. You can walk to a couple local restaurants. But we recommend renting a car to be able to see more of the town.
Other Things to Note:
The building is older, so some of the tile in the unit is scuffed/ chipped. Please rest assured that the floor is despite some marks. This condo building is not a hotel or resort. It is located in a local neighborhood with friendly neighbors.
Amenity refills/additional cleanings will not be available unless specifically arranged prior to booking. This will be at additional cost and based on availability.
Phone lines in Puerto Rico can be spotty due to construction being mostly concrete. For best connectivity use Whatsapp.
Electricity and water: Puerto Rico is serviced by LUMA and AAA. Power and water outages may occur at any time. We can not guarantee electricity or water in the event of an outage or interruption. We will not reimburse or refund any monies to the guests in the event of any of the above circumstances.
Weather: We will not refund guests for any weather related issues.
We recommend for guests to purchase travel insurance.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Violators are subject to $500 fine, in addition to applicable cleaning charges.
No parties, no events, no guests allowed.
Assign parking #303. Fines will occur if parked elsewhere. Only one parking space per reservation.
