Coastal View: Beach Front Apartment with Pool
Enjoy your Puerto Rican getaway at the oceanfront apartment 203. Located at the Vista Del Mar, which lies in a non-touristy neighborhood, you will be able to enjoy a pool exclusive to the building, a semi-private beach, and and excellent view of local-favorite Kikita Beach.
This spacious apartment has AC, 2 huge bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an open and fully stocked kitchen, a 55" smart tv, and and a sprawling balcony offering some of the best views Puerto Rico has to offer.
The space
This apartment is on the 2nd floor, offering incredible privacy.
There are 2 massive bedrooms: A queen bed in the master, and two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom has a door to the balcony and a breathtaking view of the ocean.
Both bedrooms can have access to the spacious master bathroom. There is also a full guest bathroom in the hallway.
Enjoy home cooked meals in the stocked kitchen and open living room; which also have fantastic views of the ocean and palm trees.
There is full AC throughout the unit.
Some of the other units in the building are unfinished and currently being worked on.
There is free, gated private parking. Please ensure you park in space 203.
Guest access
You have access to the entire apartment, the pool, a semi-private beach, and Kikita Beach Easy check-in, keys are in a lockbox on the door. The Vista Del Mar is located in a local, friendly neighborhood. There is an excellent, oceanfront restaurant that is a 3 minute walk away. There are also a couple of local stores and bars within a 5 minute walk. The place is a 5 minute drive from the grocery store and town center. You can walk to local restaurants and bars, town center is a 5 minute drive.
Other things to note
House Rules:
-NO SMOKING in the apartment. A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed for smoking inside the apartment.
-NO PARTIES or EVENTS. There are some permanent residents at the building that we need to respect
Pool Rules:
-Pool closes at 10 pm.
-Pool is shared with the other guests at the building.
-No glassware in the pool area.
The building is older, so some of the tile in the unit is scuffed/ chipped. Please rest assured that the floor is despite some marks. This condo building is not a hotel or resort. It is located in a local neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Amenity refills/additional cleanings will not be available unless specifically arranged prior to booking. This will be at additional cost and based on availability.
Puerto Rico is a tropical island, and its infrastructure is not like the United States. Power and water outages happen on occasion, though its rare for outages to last more than a couple hours. Unfortunately we are not in control of these outages, and cannot offer refunds due to outages. Also, wildlife such as lizards and bugs are common throughout the island, especially after a rain or during rainy season. We take preventative measures to reduce the likelihood of encountering these critters. However, if you come across one, it is not out of the realm of possibility, and we cannot offer refunds due to this. The best way to prevent these critters is to properly store away food and dispose of trash.
