Island Dream: Beach Front Condo with Pool
This Mediterranean inspired condo is perfect for group trips. Located in a non-touristy neighborhood 30 minutes west of San Juan, you will be able to enjoy a pool exclusive to the building, a semi-private beach, and and excellent view of local-favorite Kikita Beach.
This spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms with AC, 2 full bathrooms, an open and fully stocked kitchen, a 50" smart tv, and two balconies offering some of the best views Puerto Rico has to offer.
The Space:
This apartment is on the 2nd floor, offering incredible privacy. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and air conditioning. The master bedroom has an ensuite master bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking the ocean. There is also a full guest bathroom in the hallway. Enjoy home cooked meals in the stocked kitchen and open living room; which also have fantastic views of the ocean and palm trees. Some of the other units in the building are unfinished and currently being worked on. There is free, gate private parking. Please ensure you park in space 204.
You have access to the entire apartment, the pool, a semi-private beach, and Kikita Beach Easy check-in, with a gate code and lockbox. My cohost lives in the area and is available if something comes up. The Condo Building is located in a local, friendly neighborhood. There is an excellent, oceanfront restaurant that is a 3 minute walk away. There are also a couple of local stores and bars within a 5 minute walk. The place is a 5 minute drive from the grocery store and town center. You can walk to local restaurants and bars, town center is a 5 minute drive.
House Rules:
-NO SMOKING in the apartment. An additional $250 cleaning fee will be assessed for smoking inside the apartment.
-NO PARTIES or EVENTS. There are some permanent residents at the building that we need to respect
Pool Rules: -Pool closes at 10 pm. -Pool is shared with the other guests at the building. -No glassware in the pool area.
Other Things to Note:
The building is older, so some of the tile in the unit is scuffed/ chipped. Please rest assured that the floor is despite some marks. This condo building is not a hotel or resort. It is located in a local neighborhood with friendly neighbors.
Amenity refills/additional cleanings will not be available unless specifically arranged prior to booking. This will be at additional cost and based on availability.
Phone lines in Puerto Rico can be spotty due to construction being mostly concrete. For best connectivity use Whatsapp.
Electricity and water: Puerto Rico is serviced by LUMA and AAA. Power and water outages may occur at any time. We can not guarantee electricity or water in the event of an outage or interruption. We will not reimburse or refund any monies to the guests in the event of any of the above circumstances.
Weather: We will not refund guests for any weather related issues.
We recommend for guests to purchase travel insurance.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
No parties, no events, no guests allowed.
Assign parking #204. Fines will occur if parked elsewhere. Only one parking space per reservation.
