Your central Florida adventure begins with this 1-bedroom 36' private, comfortable and vintage RV on 3 acres in a very private location. Your space features a screened patio, complete with a patio table/chairs and ceiling fans. Inside the RV, there's a separate bedroom with a queen bed, tv, and a large mirrored closet. In the living area, you'll find a comfy recliner for 2 with 40” tv, including premium aps and wifi. A dining table for 2 is right next to the kitchen. The full kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, both a propane stove top or electric stove top, toaster, Keurig stocked with coffee & tea, All the silverware and cooking utensils are stocked in the cupboards. Your own bbq grill is ready outside. A full bathroom includes a shower, stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. There is central AC for the hot days and central heat in the winter.

The 3 acre property is located at the very end of a quiet dirt road. The RV shares the property with only 1 house, providing a wonderful spot where you’re only hearing the birds singing and rustling majestic oaks. Plenty of room for any large toys that you might be hauling. The best of both worlds: country peace and a wide variety of restaurants, golf, fishing and entertainment within 15-30 minutes drive. I75 is a quick 15 minutes.

The Villages is 20 minutes to the south, Ocala is 20 minutes away with the World Equestrian Center to the north, The Gulf is an hour to the west, and the Atlantic is 1-1/2 hours to the east. DisneyWorld and Universal Studios are 1-1/2 hours to the south.

A great place to call home base while you're visiting Central Florida. We hope you enjoy your stay.

This was a great way to get away from the city and not break the bank at the same time. I like to ride my bike, and the area was great for that and was also really close to a local park. The RV was perfect for me and was very clean and well maintained. I'll be coming back if I can.

Very nice place to stay especially if you have pets. Really enjoyed the vintage camper. Brought back good memories of when I was a younger man. For what I needed it was the perfect location. Wonderful hosts. PS. Hope you enjoyed the pie and ice cream lol

Quiet but close to things

Nice quiet place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Yet not too far from anything you would want to see in the area. The hosts are great and concerned about details. They know the area well should you have any questions. This would definately be a place I would stay in again.

Happy to chat and provide you with any information, assist with any needs that arise during your stay, or leave you in peace if you prefer your privacy. We named our property “Aloha Ranchette” as a nod to our Hawaii roots and to the beauty of our Florida paradise.

This property is located at the very end of a quiet dirt road. It is private, peaceful, serene, full of birds and critters (not in the RV - lol). You never know what you might come across! We welcome you to wander Aloha Ranchette, just watch your step!
