The Space:
Oyster Pearl cottage sits right on the bay with dramatic views of morning sunrises. Imagine your family watching dolphins from the deck and watching lazy manatees and shore birds from the dock. The home is just a short walk to Little Gasparilla’s beautiful private beach. It combines "Old Florida" charm and character with modern sophistication and style: modern stainless appliances, a new kitchen, new fixtures, new flooring, new bath, new doors and windows mixed with antique furniture and vintage accessories for a truly one-of-a-kind beach experience!
The home is meticulously appointed and well-stocked with all kitchen utensils and pots and pans…everything you need for an gourmet meal or a casual bayside breakfast on the deck.
The front porch, overlooking the bay, has comfortable seating, an outdoor dining table and a comfy seating area perfect for relaxing with a good book. A hot tub on the deck is perfect for relaxing under the stars. This cottage offers you an authentic "old Florida" beach experience with modern comfort and style!

WiFi - This home currently does not have wi-fi
Pet Policy - pet-friendly with $100 non-refundable fee per pet. (Some breeds are not permitted due to insurance limitations.)
Cleaning Fee - minimum $225 cleaning fee
Vacation Rental Damage Protection - $59 fee for “all risk” damage protection through Waivo
Minimum Renter Age - 25
Boat Slip - private dock, dock number 45 (this is also where the water taxi drops you off

Parking - $8/night ($10/night if you have a boat trailer) at Eldred's Marina where you meet the boat taxi
