Oceanfront Boathouse on Casco Bay

Enjoy Coastal Maine at its best in this charming boathouse situated on Casco Bay. The property is just minutes from the quaint seaside community of Yarmouth, which offers shopping, restaurants, and cafes. The boathouse includes a private deep water dock, a large sunny deck, fully stocked kitchen, and more. The primary bedroom is located on the second floor and boasts a queen size bed and an additional unique window nook that holds a full sized bed, good for both reading or sleeping! A new small half bath is also located on the second floor off the primary bedroom. The second room is a bunk room located on the first floor with two twin beds. A second, full bathroom with shower on the first level rounds out the property! The boathouse is small but mighty, and the outdoor space coupled with gorgeous oceanfront views really allow for one of the most unique stays in Maine. Parking for 2 vehicles! The property is best suited for 2 adults and 3 kiddos, though occasionally exceptions can be made.
Also included: Washer/Dryer, WiFi, BBQ grill, 2 Kayaks, Concierge Services, Lobster Bakes

We loved our time at this property. It was impeccably decorated and the space, though petite, was efficiently set up and comfortable. The outdoor deck and dock were the real highlights though, and we spent most of our time enjoying the beautiful views and water activities.

The boathouse sits behind an abandoned house. Does not make the greatest impression when you arrive at the property.

This is a very strange and unfair review. You did not even review the actual boathouse, instead the neighboring property that you can't even see once you get down to the boathouse. A very odd thing to fixate on, when it has nothing to do with our property other than guests needing to walk by it to get down to the property. The boathouse is easily a 3 million dollar piece of real estate, and the vacant cottage above it is our next renovation project. Because it's empty, it also allows exceptional privacy and ample parking for boathouse guests, I'm not sure what there would be to complain about here.

A beautiful place to stay in Maine! Peace and quiet, broken only by the sound of birds. It was a privilege to wake up each morning to panoramic ocean views and end the day watching spectacular sunsets. The kayaks and sailboard were a wonderful bonus—we especially enjoyed early-morning excursions on the quiet bay. The house itself has real character, thoughtfully furnished with authentic nautical artifacts rather than the mass-produced décor you often find in vacation rentals.A truly special place, with a responsive and helpful owner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Elena and the team did an amazing job making our stay special. The house is so thoughtfully decorated and the deck is spectacular. We could have spent the whole time relaxing and watching the ospreys in their nest but the house is super close to many great locations.

A secret hidden gem, ocean views from every window, cozy rain or shine. Enjoyed the sun decks, swimming in the clear water with the sandy bottom, watching the sunrise and osprey nest at the end of the dock. Maine as we envisioned it!

Gift basket, making sure we had good lighting getting in, overall instructions. Only issue was the finicky WiFi.
