The property includes two upper-level 2-bedroom condos and three thoughtfully designed studios, each offering its own stylish interiors and private entrance. Accommodating up to 16 guests across 8 beds, Edgewater is designed for comfort, connection, and classic California sunshine.
Start your mornings with coffee on the patio, take paddle boards out from the shared dock, and wind down with wine at sunset as the bay glows golden. Each unit features its own kitchenette or full kitchen, cozy sleeping arrangements, high-speed WiFi, and access to a shared outdoor dock with dining area—perfect for group hangouts and harbor breezes.

- Guests may walk up to the picnic table on the dock, but do not have access to the boat dock.
- Stays over 30 nights require mid-cleanings.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that this is a five-unit building; units A and D are located upstairs, while units B, C, and E are located downstairs.
- Only Units A and B have water views; Units C, D, and E do not have water views.
- A coin-operated washer and dryer are available and shared between all five units.
- Please note that there is no A/C; however, large fans are provided. For better airflow, we recommend placing the fans near the windows to help circulate cool air indoors.
- The kitchenette does not include an oven or dishwasher.
- Please note that cell reception may be limited in this area. To stay connected, join the WiFi network provided and enable WiFi calling on your phone.
Parking Details:
- Unit B has one reserved parking space in the garage.
- Units A, C, D, and E have no designated parking and only have access to street parking on Fernando or Coronado St - Street cleaning on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30 am until 12:30 pm. Parking can be very difficult to find during the summer and holidays.
All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
