I like this house because of the comfort it gives me, peace from the Sligo woods with green foliage, creek, birds and Sporadic deers in the backyard. Additionally, this house is super conveniently located with its own down town with Safeway, Giant, Laundromat, dominos, local restaurants and food trucks less than 1 mile. There are many parks with tennis courts, soccer fields. Downtown Silver Spring and Takoma Park are less than 2 miles where one take take metro to DC. Special feature of this house is its large gourmet windows, and also I adore the above grade lower level (basement but not exactly a basement given its above grade and walk out level) with its own cozy and spacious bedroom and living rooms. The living room upstairs has a 55 inch TV and living room downstairs has a 65" TV. The living room downstairs is furnished with a 6-piece Thomasville sectional sofa (sofabed) that can also be used to watch TV in bed. There is a spacious full bath also in the lower level. If you need to work, we have one bedroom converted with office, with a day bed. The woods and nature visible from the office window is there to inspire and stimulate content, thought, creativity, and ideas that may set you up for your next big venture.
