This charming four sided brick townhome in Atlanta offers comfort, convenience, and security for guests in the city. With 3 cozy bedrooms including a king bed, queen bed, and memory foam queen sofa sleeper, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The 3.5 bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials, from soap, lotion, and towels to a relaxing (2) bathtub. Wide open floor plan makes it easy for hosting, game night and everyone engaged together! In addition, the living room provides additional sleeping space at night with the extra large sectional and a Serta Queen Air Mattress. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything downtown has to offer and remember you are a brief walk (10-12 mins) to Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, GWCC, World of Coca-Cola, College Football Hall of Fame, and the GA Aquarium.

Location- Location! It’s easy to get any side of town, and very close to all the action regarding Sporting events, concerts, conferences, and the redevelopment is huge downtown. It also helps being tucked away in a rare quaint neighborhood that gives you peace when you need it.
