Please note that pool and tennis court access is reserved exclusively for guests staying at the condo, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable environment for all. Parking is easy, with two designated spaces: one directly outside the garage and another marked #12. Overnight street parking is also available for your convenience. For those perfect summer evenings, our association offers communal charcoal grills and fire pits are available for guest use on the property, adding to the classic Bent Tree vacation experience.
