Ryan was a responsive host which I appreciated. The property is a half mile to the blue line which was nice. Parking was pretty easy even with multiple cars. When checking in, use the front door as the back door knob has two locks and won’t open even if the code is right since you can’t turn the knob. The place was fine to stay in just to sleep and shower.

Worked very well for me and my 6 children. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating and dishes. There was even a high chair and pack and play for my youngest. We were in town to go to the Shedd and Field museum the location was perfect.

Extremely clean space that was perfect for our group. We didn't spend a lot of time in the home during our stay, but when we did it was fantastic. Only minor gripe would be the upstairs neighbors, they were occasionally quite loud and woke us up a few times in the middle of the night. Would absolutely stay here again, if/when we come back to the area.

We had a wonderful day at this property. Ryan was 100% accessible and helpful with any concerns that popped up. It’s a great up-and-coming neighborhood and so accessible to downtown Chicago. Exactly what we needed for our family of five’s first vacation to the Windy City! Thanks so much!

The location and price are good but cleanliness and maintenance issues will keep us from re-booking this property. The beds are comfortable and free parking on site is available. The unit is downstairs and may not be accessible for all people.

Stayed here for our annual sibling's weekend. My sister was able to have her own bathroom, and we each had comfortable bedrooms. Having a full kitchen was marvelous. Ryan was very responsive, even though we had no issues with the property. Not too many dining options in the immediate area, but all the best of Chicago is a quick Uber or CTA ride (or longer walk) away. We are definitely planning on returning next year!

Location in relation to the city was great. The place looks really good in pictures when booking but once inside, it’s very old with worn down paint and lacks proper maintenance. The host was responsive tho.

Our family of six stayed for an amazing week in Chicago. It is such a perfect spot for not only the space it allowed us but also the location. Anytime we needed anything, the host was available and willing to help in any way. So grateful we found such an awesome place!

Overall, it was a great stay. There were a few things that could have been improved. Here’s a list of things that stood out:PROS:-Clean space. -Well stocked and furnished. -Washing machine and dryer were a plus.-Reasonably close to downtown. -Great entertainment system. IMPROVEMENTS THAT COULD BE MADE:-More advanced notice of how to access the room. (We were notified only an hour before check-in time.)-There was no indication that the room was on the lower level in the listing, so we were able to hear everything happening upstairs, from running and jumping footsteps to the TV. It was difficult to sleep at night with all this noise and disruption. -AC vents are directly above your headboards in two of the bedrooms. For those who are sensitive, you either get a head cold from the AC or you turn off the AC and sleep in the extreme heat and stuffiness. Other than that, we enjoyed the space. Thanks for hosting us!
