Stay in this unique, industrially decorated apartment located on Ship Creek, just below Downtown Anchorage. The Ship Creek/Coastal Trail is right outside, taking you to Anchorage’s only salmon fishing spot. Enjoy stunning water and mountain views for a truly unforgettable stay.
Disclaimer: This apartment is not in a residential neighborhood; it’s located adjacent to Anchorage’s industrial area—a hidden gem with urban charm and outdoor access.
The space
You will have the entire apartment to yourself. Fully appointed kitchen, dining room, bathroom with shower, 2bedrooms, and living room. All rooms are decorated with original furniture and paintings handcrafted by my father and I.

Ship Creek Fishing 1mile
(Only 1 mile from the only salmon fishing spot in Anchoarge!!)
Anchorage Railroad 1.5miles
(Just a 5min bike ride from the front door and you can hop on the train)
Downtown 1.6miles
(The trail behind the apartment will lead you right to the heart of downtown anchorage!)
Ulu Factory 1mile
(The ulu factory is a popular stop. You can Watch how ulus are manufactured.)

Parking lot is free and spacious-it can easily fit your car, RV, boat, or other means of transportation. Lot is gated and locked at night.

It’s also directly next to a bike trail that leads straight into downtown Anchorage, so you’re just minutes away from great restaurants, shops, and cultural spots.
