Everything about this home was perfect and exactly as described. Walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants! Plenty of space for a large group. Use of beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons, and coolers was a very nice amenity! Would absolutely rent again!

We loved staying here and had more than enough room for 6 adults and 5 kids. The house is well-stocked with kitchen items, beach gear, and almost everything else we needed. The game room was a nice touch as well, and the gated heated pool was perfect for the kids. We would happily return. Thanks for a great vacation!

The house was exceptionally clean and a perfect location. We really appreciated all the beach chairs , umbrella and beach cart. Our family had a fantastic time. Will rent again.

We traveled with three other couples for a long weekend stay at this house and had a wonderful trip! It exceeded our expectations! It was very, very clean and there was plenty of room for us to gather- the kitchen is large and has plenty of seating, the living room had plenty of seating, too. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening and also hanging out in the basement, playing pool and shuffleboard and watching football on a rainy day! The beach is a short walk and the little town, shops and pier is a short distance, too. We headed into Charleston (about 30 min away) on one of our days, also. I would recommend this house for a large group looking for a great location at Isle of Palms.

The host and communication was great. The amenities were fantastic. Game room was great and the outside was a great place to hangout.. Bedrooms were large and there was plenty of space for 11 of us for the weekend. The location was great and minutes from the beach and beach bars. Someone came to spray for bugs when we got there but we did see a few after the fact. The kitchen can use some touching up. Overall I would recommend this house for a weekend trip for families or friend groups.

Easy check-in and great interface online for any additional needs - house is beautiful with big backyard in addition to heated pool, and great location. Tons of beach quality beach gear that made our stay much more convenient. We hope to stay again!

The house and location was perfect for our group trip over Memorial Day weekend! The house itself was even nicer than it looked in the pictures; wide open floor plan and the bedrooms were spacious. The wrap around balconies and the pool made the stay so relaxing; we didn’t leave the house on our last day after spending time at the beach and local bars (5 min walk) the other couple of days. The hosts were very responsive as well. We would definitely book again!

The house was beautiful, clean, and well appointed with everything we needed for our vacation. The only thing I would mention is that the entire pool was shallow. I think the pool would be ok for younger kids, but for my 13 and 15 year olds who like to jump/dive in the pool it was disappointing and they didn’t use it.

The house was perfect for our trip with 4 families and a bunch of young kiddos/babies!! The pool was a highlight, it had great afternoon shade and was heated perfectly the whole time we were there. Kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. Walkable restaurants and coffee shops and the beach, we had the best time! The host was extremely responsive to all questions. There was plenty of room for everyone and we would 100% stay here again if we come back!!

Host was very responsive. Nice location. A block to the beach. Elevator was helpful to our family. It was as advertised. Bedrooms spacious. Family friendly. Kitchen well stocked with labels on cabinets as to where things should go. Liked the labels. Has a leak from bathrooms to basement. Maintenance came twice but ir was not fixed when we left

Great stay in IOP

Really enjoyed spending the long weekend here. Close to the beach, close to downtown IOP - overall, just a great getaway. Really enjoyed the pool and the game room downstairs.

Beach family vacation

The house is very convenient to the beach and shops, restaurants and nightlife. Very spacious inside with a lovely deck with rockers for relaxing. We cooked a lot of our meals and the kitchen was well equipped.

Amazing Stay in IOP

My family and I had a great time in IOP. The house was amazing with great amenities and close proximity to the beach. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice getaway to IOP.
