Wonderful house and location

Wonderful house, loved the location. Easy to walk to town or river. Very clean and quick responses from team. Would stay again if available when we go back. Loved it!!

Excellent

We come to Ketchum every summer. This year was last minute but since I knew the area, We chose this place. The layout was perfect for my husband and myself and our daughter and her husband and baby. Plenty of privacy and very clean. Great outdoor space which is hard to come by on a small rental. We would like to return.

The maintenance of the equipment in the townhouse is awful. When we arrived, the air conditioning wasn’t working. It turned out that the air filters in the main unit had not been cleaned in so long that the airflow was blocked.The separate air conditioning/heating unit in the primary bedroom was also not working. The management company tried to convince me that I didn’t understand air-conditioning.. After a lot of back-and-forth, I convinced the management company to send an air conditioning technician. He couldn’t figure out how to fix the unit. After more back-and-forth, another technician was sent who was also unable to fix the unit. In response to my suggestion that perhaps the unit was low on Freon, the technician told me that there was no easy way to check the level of the Freon in that kind of unit.Finally, the management company sent a competent technician from another company. He laughed when I told him about the other technicians. He said there was a code on the remote control that indicated low Freon. He topped up the Freon and the air conditioner started working perfectly.The electric shade in the living room was also not working when we arrived. The management company was never able to get it fixed during our two month stay. There is only one thermostat for two floors. That means that the lower floor gets too much a/c or heat if the main floor (where the thermostat is) is at a comfortable temperature.
