If Manuel Owns It, Don't Book It!
I bokked this place months in advance (booked in May, staying in July) and wanted a good spot with a communicative owner. I received neither of those things. When I reached out for accommodations to my stay, the host (Manuel), would take days to respond and not answer my questions. I went weeks without a response on changing my time of stay and shortening it a day and eventually never got an answer. Then I tried calling and messaging him for information on how to access the place... never got an answer. Once I was on the last segment of my trip to get me to my destination, he messages me saying he moved me to a new location that didn't have any of the amenities I needed. I let him know that and he never responded. I went to the new location to meet and talk with him and the last communication I got was him cancelling my Vrbo stay. Never reached out to me after. Terrible communication, terrible host, terrible process, and a terrible spot it turns out once I saw it. Evade this place and this host as much as possible.
