The Melrose is located on a quiet street, just a short 5 min stroll to Silver Strand Beach, Hobie Beach and Kiddie beach! Our beautifully curated home, offers four captivating floors of sunny, spacious living space.

2 parking spaces are provided. There is no street parking, however there is a free public parking lot, a short 4 min walk from the house.

PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE THREE SETS OF STAIRS THROUGHOUT THE HOME.
The first floor is perfect for anyone that may not be able to climb the stairs; however, in order to access the kitchen and living room you will need to climb one set of stairs.

Must be 25 years old to reserve this home.
A signed rental agreement Photo ID and refundable security deposit required in order to make reservation.We are always available by text or the Airbnb app, however we also respect your privacy and will only reach out at the start of your stay.
