The house was a good price and the beds were awesome. Very comfortable! I like the location for the motorcycle rally. We would stay there again. The only draw backs was the smoke alarm was disabled and the alarm panel would constantly peep. The lawn service arrived while we were they and had to move our vehicles so they could mow.

Yhe host was very friendly but the TV didnt work and there were only 2 towels and 1 face cloth. The beds were comfortable.

-Arrived on Monday & I had not received the code for the property by the time I arrived-Messaged Cindy on VRBO to no response, called her 20 min later and she did not pick up-Called her again about 10 min later and she answeredWhen I told her that I was there at the property, she seemed shocked and like she had forgot that I was coming. She made a comment about how she's not used to people coming on a weekday-When we entered, we saw that the prior stay's linens and sheets were left on the bed. I messaged Cindy with the photos of the beds, asking if the property had been cleaned-She said she'd send a maid as soon as she could, and offered me 50 to go wait and have a drink somewhere, which was very nice of her-We came back after dinner and the maid was still working. She did a quick, basic clean and placed new sheets on the beds-The TV had issues. It connected to the Wifi Network, but not the internet. I reached out to Cindy, but her suggestion of turning the router off & on had already been done and did not help. We had to watch TV on our phones during our stay-There is an alarm panel along the kitchen wall, and it beeped EVERYDAY. It was very annoying-To save money from eating out everyday, we tried cooking breakfast during our stay. There are a few utensils and not very many pots or pans.-The fire alarm needs new batteries, beeped constantly-During my last night, there was a bug in my bedCindy was nice, but the property needs work!!

Nutshell version, functional but needs some updates. Only one smoke detector, fine for a small house, but the batteries were low, and it was linked to the alarm system and kept beeping every few hours, which was irritating. I did call the host to see if there's a way to hush the notification, but she never called me back. She was initially very proactive with contact, just not that time for whatever reason. Not sure if she didn't realize I'd called?Only body wash available, no hand soap. Tub plug doesn't work so you can only shower, no baths. Tv is only in the living room but remote batteries are out and there's no spares so you can't use it. There are spare AA's if needed though. 2nd bedroom door sticks and a light shines in from the neighbor's at night. Bed is memory foam, not a fan, but that's just me. Basically some kind of frustrating stuff, but should be easily fixable before rebooking.As for the good stuff, cute house, close to everything, love the backyard for socializing, thoughtful selection of both spices and condiments available. Lots of towels which is great because we spent a lot of time at the beach. Needs some night stands, but there is a desk and the lamp was cute and dimmable. Wifi functional for 2-3 things at once, but not so much for a 4th. No biggie unless you have a ton of kids with you.The little things added up, I think they may have rushed listing it on VRBO a bit, but I think it could be a fun place to stay again with the things listed fixed.
