We love the Kentucky Lake area and this was the best location between Murray, Grand Rivers, and LBL. This home is a new build and has all the updated features. The guys loved the pool table upstairs. We might have used the bedroom upstairs if there was a half bath or full bath upstairs. We enjoyed the sunset over the lake. We did not get to use the pool as advertised. Looked like a new pool is being put in, so maybe in the future we can do that. Overall, a very lovely home, had the basic kitchen and bathroom items, was very clean, and we hope to return some day in the future. Thank you!

wonderful vaca home

Beautiful new home in a great area and very easy to check in to. Plenty of room for 10 and we all loved the game room. Took a walk to the lake a couple of times. The home had everything we needed. Very clean and neat. Only negative thing was that we lost internet service each night around 9:30, which made it impossible to watch TV or use our phones.

Great stay for Jeep Jamboree

Exactly as described and perfect for Jeep Jamboree! Coming in from out of state towing a Jeep can be a challenge but this place has a great driveway with garage parking access to keep everything secure. Enjoyed the stay, excellent communication before and during. Thanks much!

Very nice property.

We only had one little oops during our weekend stay. The TV in the main living room didn’t work. We called the manger but he didn’t know how to fix it. There was another TV upstairs so we all moved up there but there was no bathroom up there. It was a little hard for two of us to go up and down the stairs. Other than that small inconvenience the property was perfect. Very Clean.

I'm so glad I found this place

This place was so comfortable! We loved playing pool and hanging out in the backyard. The AC didn't have any problems keeping up with the extreme heat.

New construction and beautifully finished!

The property was easy to find. The house was stocked with everything needed. Bedrooms are spread out, providing privacy for everyone. Absolutely loved it, highly recommend staying at this super place.

Off-season Visit

Stayed with family for the weekend; home was beautiful and beds were comfortable. Loved the extra blankets and snacks provided. Plenty of parking and close to land between the lakes. I would caution bringing dogs as there are quite a few free roaming dogs, not all of which were friendly and the yard is not fully fenced in.

Great, clean stay!

Stayed at this property during our annual hunting trip this year and could not be happier. Property was very clean and spacious for our group and all of our hunting gear. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend booking this property.

Kentucky Get Away

Very nice and modern home . It still smells new when we walked in! Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a few games on the billiard table upstairs too . Not far from Murray where we were attending homecoming festivities at Murray State .

This place is so lovely. Even though I am a mountain girl, I truely appreciate the subtle elegance of the coastal decor, which is appropriate for the location. The home is equipped with nearly everything you need. Even new, sealed in the wrapper, toothbrushes and razors, if needed. I didn't but appreciate the thoughtfulness. You can pretty much show up with just clothes and not need for anything but food and drinks. I thought perhaps I was the first inhabitant because the house is so pristine. I am a relatively clean person so that statement speaks volumes. I felt guilty opening up a brand new bottle of olive oil. I felt guilty using anything as it all seemed brand new. About day three I got over it and cooked some spectacular meals. The front and back porches are covered so you can sit on either one day or night, which I did. The contact person includes an item in the decor that adds a personal touch. I challenge you to stay here and discover what it is. I would definitely stay again.
