One of my favorite places to stay in tulsa , very private , no homes right next to you and houses across the street are gated, so the feeling is like no neighbors are there. definitely a smart choice.

Easy to find. Check in was easy and the cottage was adorable and very clean. So cute!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this property and the experience. I stayed for one week with a classmate for nursing school clinicals. The property was perfect. I felt safe and the neighborhood is quiet but close to freeways, food and stores. Its in a great location, close to all things Tulsa has to offer. The host is polite, responsive and accommodating. I will recommend this home to anyone looking for a cute home with a lot of perks. washer/dryer, soap, paper towels, fans, cooking utensils you name it. I felt at home away from home.

This property is SO MISREPRESENTED!! Horrible neighborhood to begin with. AIR CONDITIONING DID NOT WORK. HOUSE STAYED AT 80 degrees and above during the day. Living room furniture is “ cheap” and extremely uncomfortable. Beds were miserable and linens were “ cheap” and uncomfortable. Contacted both the host and VRBO about the miserable stay in this property—- to no avail. I intend to contact the Tulsa better business bureau!!!

Owner: I apologize, Jim you are welcome to cancel your reservation and go to a hotel or somewhere else. I don’t have another pace where you can move to. I really apologize for this and my cleaning people were there and they didn’t say that the air was having issues but these are things that is out of my control so you are welcome to cancel your reservation and go to a hotel and I will refund every dollar again. I apologize. Jim : We CAN NOT—— take our pets to a hotel and leave them somewhere that numerous people can unlock the door We have dinner reservations with friends from our town who are also here for the concert at 6:30 Please—— please—— verify that both parties are coming. Air Conditioning and fans—— PLEASE Owner: Please be advised you don’t have to stay in the house in order for the AC technician to come. They have codes and keys to do what they need to do.. Jim: Would you leave your children in a home that someone you don’t know is coming in and out of it??? Of course not. Issue is still not resolved. Some people start asking for refunds the minute they get in your home. Good luck with this guy .
