The house was in a great location for what we were in town for and fit our needs. I haven't been to Raleigh in a while and it was interesting to see how it's been changing. We brought our dog with us and were grateful for the fenced in yard. We all had a wonderful stay.

Comfy beds and kitchen well stocked with dishes and what not for cooking. Host was quick and easy to communicate with.

Super cute duplex in a great neighborhood. Very quiet location. The kitchen is super cute and the rooms were comfortable and cozy. Check in was super easy and the owners are lovely people. Also, they left complimentary Burts Bees chapstick which was such a cute and unique touch. Cheers!

House is exactly as advertised. The property was clean, well stocked and ready for our stay. Neighborhood was quiet and surrounding houses were nice. Backyard was fenced for our dog and there was a doggy dispenser installed for easy cleanup.

Property managers were amazing, great communication. The unit was cute, and very well kept. Comfy couch and beds, recently renovated bathroom and kitchen. I believe one of the beds was a king instead of a queen. You can hear people in the adjoining unit pretty easily, and I'm assuming the other way around, so that's something to keep in mind. The back yard was great for letting the dogs out, but I wouldn't leave them there unsupervised, it wouldn't take much to dig out of and a small dog could probably squeeze through a couple spots. It was conveniently located to downtown, only five minutes away from the convention center. Would recommend.

Great place!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Very clean, newer remodel. I didn't use the kitchen much, but very modern. Large bathroom. Clean, comfy, quiet neighborhood. A parking spot for your car so no need to park on the street. Nice houses around, all well kept. I had a car and found everything to be close by. The fenced yard was a nice touch as I went with my small dog. The one feedback I have is it would be nice for the yard to have a few decor touches or a few plants. It does have beautiful tall trees and two chairs and a fire pit, but the ground is all dirt so not much to look at. But not a deal breaker at all. I enjoyed sitting in the front area drinking my coffee and people watching. Friendly neighbors. The host is super communicative. They provided great info and always quick to get back to you. I didn't have any issues, check in was easy. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.
