This one bedroom, two bathroom updated condo is on the 18th floor of the spectacular Tidewater Resort. You'll enjoy a spacious living area with full kitchen including all appliances large and small, dishes, drinkware, silverware and everything you might need for meals and snacks. We offer dining space for up to seven. The living area has comfy seating and access to our private balcony with a sweeping view of the Gulf. Soak up the view of the crystal clear water, dolphins swimming nearby, and staggering sunsets.
Our bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, clothing storage and an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. We offer a bunk area for two additional people, and our sleeper sofa accommodates two more or simply offers room to spread out. We have a washer/dryer in the condo for your use, and the wifi is free and fast.
Max occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children ages 15 and under.
Tidewater Beach Resort offers a family-friendly coastal escape with something for everyone. Relax in one of two outdoor lagoon-style pools, take a dip in the indoor heated pool, or unwind in the Roman Spa, saunas, and hot tubs. Stay active in the expansive 4,300 sq ft gulf-front fitness center or challenge your crew in the game room. Additional on-site amenities include a movie theater, beachfront tiki bar, Starbucks, Daiquiri bar, restaurant with room service, outdoor grills, beach service, gift shop, and more!

Situated just west of Pier Park on Front Beach Road, our unit is a short walk to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Whether you’re here for sun, fun, or relaxation, Tidewater’s unbeatable location puts you right in the heart of it all.
Important Policies & Requirements
~ Max occupancy: 6 guests total (4 adults + 2 children 15 & under)
~ Primary renter must:
~ Be 25+ years old
~ Sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking
~ Be present for the entire stay
~ Provide a credit card for a $200 refundable damage deposit
~ No smoking of any kind on property (Tidewater is 100% smoke-free). A $300 fine applies for violations.
~ No pets, emotional support animals, or parties allowed
~ Resort registration required: $39.59 per stay if completed in advance; $49.59 if done onsite. Paid directly to the resort.
~ Parking: Limited to 2 vehicles
