Evidence of smoking/tobacco of any kind in the home or on property may result in immediate termination, as well as a mandatory $500 charge to your credit card. No exceptions!
OCCUPANCY
There should never be more than 10 individuals in the home. If for some reason you are in need of increasing the maximum number of individuals, we ask that you communicate this with us in advance so we are better able to accommodate you and your guests.
