Unit H4 is a first-floor, garden-view, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit that feels like a home away from home, complete with a full kitchen, spacious living room, washer and dryer, and two screened lanais. The property offers resort-style amenities, including nearby bike rentals, shuffleboard, tennis and pickleball courts, a grilling and picnic area, a sun deck, filtered water and ice station, and a brand-new fitness room.

Soak up the sunshine while enjoying the blue skies, gentle waves, and pristine white sand beaches, known for some of the best shelling in the country. Or unwind in the peace and comfort of Sanibel Island's only screened-in heated outdoor resort pool. My family of 5 loved this unit on Sanibel! It was beautifully decorated, kitchen and bathrooms were spacious, and we loved the short walk to beach. The beach was not busy and all units have access to provided beach chairs. We have family who live in Fort Myers and the extra parking pass was awesome for them when they came to visit us for the day. We had amazing weather and the shells found on this beach are so beautiful. Check-in and check out were super easy. The only 2 things I wish we would have done was rent bikes at the beginning of our stay and remembered to sign in on their guest book. We would definitely stay in this unit again. Sanibel is wonderful and we are already missing it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at this condo several times and have been staying at Sanibel Arms West for 30+ years. We loved the double and single bed in the second bedroom, the large washer and dryer and all the nice little amenities provided by the owners like shell shovels, beach towels etc. you can even take a shell from one of their caches if you don’t have any luck yourself
