The Space:

Morning light slips through the shades as a warm coastal breeze moves softly through the space. The rhythm of the water nearby sets an easy pace for the day - slow breakfasts at the dining table, a stroll along the shore, or a refreshing dip in the pool. Here in Las Jarretaderas, life unfolds beside the water, where beach access and garden views shape each moment of your stay.



Sleeping arrangements

This entire rental unit accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom, 3 beds, and 1 bath. Bed linens, cotton linens, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage in a closet help make evenings restful and mornings unhurried. A paid crib - available upon request - offers added flexibility for those traveling with little ones. The home is single level with no stairs in the unit, and elevator access in the building supports smooth arrivals and departures.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides a dedicated space where guests can cook their own meals, whether preparing a quick breakfast before heading out or sitting down for a relaxed dinner indoors. A dining table creates an inviting setting to gather, work, or linger over coffee. With the convenience of a full kitchen, you have the freedom to shape each day around your own schedule.



Living & workspace

After time at the beach or pool, unwind with TV or settle into the dedicated workspace in a room with a door - ideal for focused remote work supported by Wifi. Central air conditioning and a ceiling fan keep the indoor climate comfortable, while a private entrance - separate street or building entrance - adds an extra sense of independence to your stay.



Outdoor & location features

Set within the Kite & Terra development, the property offers a waterfront setting right next to a body of water, along with shared beach access - Beachfront - so you can easily enjoy the nearby shore. The outdoor pool and outdoor dining area create opportunities to spend time outside, surrounded by the relaxed atmosphere of Nuevo Vallarta. Garden views add a touch of greenery to the coastal backdrop.



Additional amenities

Free washer - In unit and Free dryer - In unit make longer stays simple, and long term stays allowed - 28 days or more - offer flexibility for extended visits. Free parking garage on premises and free street parking provide convenient options for coming and going. A carbon monoxide alarm supports home safety, and a host greets you upon arrival, ensuring a smooth start to your time by the water.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



Before your arrival we will send you the information with your charter and regulations.



Upon your arrival, our staff will be pleased to welcome you at the reception for Check-In, available from 15:00 p.m. to 17:00 p.m. After this time, check-in is not allowed, so please take your precautions.



If you need to check-in outside these hours, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with the assistance you need and coordinate your arrival.



*Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be before 18:00 pm.



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to move around the area and go to restaurants, visit stores and other attractions.



For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



The resort is a 15 minute drive from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning service, change of linens or laundry during your stay.



The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates from *1 to 2 guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 10 dlls per person per night. *



-The accommodation has a capacity of __4__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.



-The final cost may vary depending on the number of nights, number of guests and date of reservation.



-No guests allowed



-Pets are not allowed



-Amenities provided are for a single night's sustenance.



-Basic kitchen utensils provided are tools, not supplies.



-The kitchen is equipped with: plates, glasses, cups and cutlery.

You will also find kitchen appliances such as a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc.



-The barbecue is under availability, reserving with 24 hrs in advance.



-Parking is subject to availability



-The maintenance and administration of the condominium's common areas do not depend on the management of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation. Terra is located in a development in which it has its own facilities, so you can not make use of other facilities that do not correspond to the Terra tower.



-Because of the nature of the destination it is common that on the beach you will find small mosquitoes called gnats that cause bites, we recommend using repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



Electricity consumption:



Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.



IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.
