The Space:

The first level of this home includes a cozy kids and media room with a twin bed and a queen sofa bed that opens to the lush backyard. Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed and serene atmosphere. The two additional guest rooms each feature a queen bed, generous closet space, and windows that fill the rooms with natural light. A charming bunk room with one bunk bed completes the upstairs layout. Multiple balconies throughout the home offer added outdoor space and fresh coastal air. The three full bathrooms are spa-inspired, featuring modern finishes and everyday essentials for a comfortable stay. Each space is styled with sophisticated touches and thoughtful design.

For added convenience and enjoyment, a bike path is located right behind the home.

• 2-night minimum stay • No Smoking • Guest must be 25+ in order to book. • Parking: driveway access for 2 cars and street parking available for guests • Pets may be permitted with prior approval and a fee of $150, must be house trained and not allowed on beds or furniture • Events/parties are not permitted and strictly enforced • Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax • Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
