Great stay and perfect for our extended family. House was clean, well-equipped, and in a great location very close to the beach and boardwalk but on a quiet side street.

A perfect home for our Triathalon team to race the Santa Cruz triathlon. We had great team meals, slept comfortably, and had a walking location to the boardwalk and beach! We loved it!

Such a charming and exciting, art filled home. Every bed was a dream. Bathrooms were fabulous. Location to beach was perfect.

Overall a good stay and choice for our group. The beds were comfy. The walking distance to the beach was good. The house itself was hot during the day and sometimes uncomfortable. More comfortable in the evening with the cooler air. The back patio was dirty and we wanted to use it to eat in the fresh air, but chose not to. The laundry room is very messy.

The house was as expected and everyone had a great time! We loved that it is walkable to the beach and boardwalk, and had plenty of parking. No issues with the amenities or space, although the lower kitchen cabinets were in a bit of disarray.

We had a great stay at the Victorian house. There was enough room for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. The downstairs bath and shower was popular because it is large and roomy and helpful with sandy grandkids! The kitchen had everything we needed, though we brought our own Keurig. The property is within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk, and the pier. The parking is generous as well. The host was great to communicate with, and responded to any questions right away. They were also sympathetic and helpful because I had originally booked and included my daughter’s dog for our stay, but sadly he passed away before our trip. The host promptly refunded the pet fee when I let them know we would no longer be bringing a dog. The host also accommodated my request to change our dates when I found out that the boardwalk rides were closing the week we were there. It is hard nowadays to get all of our kids and grandkids together in one place, since everyone is in different states, and this was the perfect place to have an end of summer family gathering.

Great location. We walked to the boardwalk and were close to good restaurants. Kitchen well stocked and parking was easy. Rooms were clean. The guests before us left lots of garbage outside in bags, but pickup was the day after we arrived, so all worked out . Backyard is lovely and barbq worked well.

Communication with Sirf City and host was good. We had some credit card problems and Judy was very patient and helpful in that process. After payment was cleared it was slow to get a response on a early checking. However the house was fantastic. Access easy and smooth. Rooms were all clean with plenty of towells, pillows, clean sheets and nicely decorated rooms. Very equipped. There were 8 adults and 8 children in total, not all were there for the 4 nites but all were accommodated nicely! Love the neighborhood, as we were walking distance to restaurants, beach. Boardwalk and wharf!! We had so much fun celebrating my husband's 80th birthday. Loved every minute. House was perfect!!!!0

We had a fantastic stay! The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Check-in was incredibly easy using the keypad to enter and lock the door. The location was perfect and very close to the UCSC campus, making it a great home base for attending graduation during a busy weekend. The host was also highly responsive and accessible via text.The home was well-stocked with toiletries, a dishwasher, and all the essentials. Just a quick heads-up to future guests: the propane tank was empty when we arrived, so we had to fill it ourselves to use the grill, but everything else was fully available. Also, because it was a busy holiday weekend, street parking was limited, but we easily fit all 3 of our cars (including a large SUV) right in the driveway.Overall, a great stay!
