Hi Mary, I'm sorry to hear that your recent stay at Phoenix VII was not up to your expectations. However, I'm glad to see that you're taking the time to provide feedback, which can be very helpful for the owners and future guests. I understand that you found some Doritos under the coffee table, as well as crumbs and dirt in between the couch and chair cushions. It's important for accommodations to maintain a clean and tidy environment for our guests, and I can see how this would have been disappointing. In terms of the need for remodeling and plumbing work, I can appreciate that these are important aspects of any accommodation and can greatly impact the overall guest experience. I will reach out to the Management Team with your concerns in hopes that they take your feedback into account and make the necessary improvements to ensure that future guests have a more pleasant stay. Despite these issues, I'm happy to see that you have been going down to Orange Beach for 20 years and have had positive experiences in other places you have stayed. This shows that the area has a lot to offer, and I'm sure that with some improvements, this accommodation can live up to the standards you have come to expect from your previous stays.
