The Space:

Our fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment is on the 3rd floor (stairs only, no elevator). It has a comfortable living area with a sofa and TV, a kitchen with appliances and basic cooking essentials, and a bedroom with a king-size bed. The bathroom is clean and functional.



Guest Access:

You'll have the apartment to yourselves. Feel at home!



The Neighborhood:

Our place is surrounded by some of the neighborhood’s most popular attractions. Just minutes away is Southport Avenue, filled with boutique shops, cozy coffee spots, and a variety of restaurants offering everything from casual bites to fine dining. Nearby, you can enjoy the peaceful green spaces of Southport Park or take a short walk to the bustling Wrigleyville area, home to the famous Wrigley Field and its lively atmosphere. This location truly captures the vibrant, welcoming spirit of Lakeview.



Getting Around:

The Paulina and Southport CTA Red Line stations are just few minutes away from the apartment, providing quick and easy access to downtown Chicago and surrounding neighborhoods. Multiple bus routes also serve the area, making travel within Lakeview and beyond convenient and efficient.



Other Things to Note:

- Cats are welcome here with prior approval. (Cats only please!) $50 per pet fee applies. Pets must not be left unattended unless crated, must observe quiet hours, and are not allowed on furniture. The pet fee does not cover damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or excessive hair or odor removal.
