We could not ask for a more stunning and beautiful view. We spent hours and hours on the lanai staring at the Pacific Ocean with the waves crashing mere yards from our feet. The AC was refreshing to turn on in the evenings and allowed us to sleep comfortably. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone wishing to visit the south shore of Kauai.

The view can’t be beat! We loved watching whales from the lanai every day and even had some playing nearby. Also saw some beautiful sunsets from there. The condo is a fairly long walk from the parking lot, down some stairs. With luggage it could be a struggle for people with mobility issues. It’s also a little bit beat up in places. We struggled with the door to the lanai for a while but something must have been stuck in the runner because after a few days it got easier. The kitchen blind broke and the drawer to the nightstand doesn’t work. Could use some improvement for the price but in general it’s a nice place with no major problems and a great view and location.
