Property was fine . Decor needs updating- no electrical outlets to fix our hair. Both outlets in both bathrooms did not work and there were none that I could get to so the whole vacation we couldn’t fix our hair.

Overall the property was dirty and a strong mildew smell. We found out during our 2nd day of staying it was caused from a water leak requiring multiple people including property manager, homeowners association, HvAC, maintenance, and finally a restoration company. Which placed two large loud fans and a dehumidifier. We were unable to use our 2nd bedroom and 2nd bathroom. People came in and out of our condo, often without our knowledge. I am sure this is not a typical stay but there seemed be several neglected things in the condo. The picture on the listing are somewhat deceiving as I would guess the picture were taking at least 10 years ago.We have stayed at Gulf Shores several times over the past 25 years we will not stay in this unit again.

Everything was great! The only thing I was disappointed about was the water pressure. It took awhile to take showers due to lack of water. I will definitely recommend this place!

Door needs keypad. Check-in would be better with a door code instead of having to go by an office to pick up and drop off and having to keep up with keys. Too many dishes for us, no room in the cabinets or pantry for food!Linens and furniture were exceptional and the condo was perfectly clean and welcoming

did not know you had to find the office to check in. it wasn't in the condo complex. took an hour

The condo was very nice and the beach was O.K. Check in was very difficult as we had to find out where it was.

Older condo - not very clean

The condo was older and needed updates badly. The vents were dirty and moldy looking. There was sand on the sofa and the furniture - which is hard to clean but when you walk in you expect the furniture to be vacuumed. The rental agency did not furnish the basics and other agencies I have used before. Other than that we really enjoyed our time at the beach.
