This was our second stay at Phoenix East 2. The view is spectacular, convenient to many seafood restaurants, and the Tanger outlet stores. The condo has all the comforts of home. We had one minor issue with the TV in the bedroom. The host responded immediately and it was resolved. Yes, I would highly recommend, and plan to return as soon as I can!

Perfect Family Beach Vacay

The condo was perfect - spacious, clean, well-appointed with a beautiful view. We couldn’t have asked for more for our family beach get-away!

Great beach view from the balcony, also can watch boats going out of the channel. Friday night we had a big fireworks show. Condo unit had all the amenities and plenty of room to relax after a day at the beach. Great location for restaurants in Orange Beach and very close to Flora-Bama area. Highly recommend this stay

TVs did not work, condo smelled of cigarette smoke, floors not labeled ( made it difficult to find which floor room was on), guest parking lot poorly lit. Property manager failed to respond when we has questions,

Girls trip

We loved the condo and the view. The ability to rent beach chairs and an umbrella was nice but allowing people who brought their own to set up in front of the paying guest was not appreciated. Maybe look into changing that rule. Otherwise our stay was great.

Nice, but a few issues

we enjoyed our stay, although there were a few issues with the condo that future renters should be aware of. The television in the bedroom did not work, nor did the ice dispenser. The mattress is obviously very old and completely worn out. There are very few dishes and utensils. We mostly ate out, and we bought paper plates, so it wasn't really an issue for us. The view was wonderful, and the kitchen was very nice. As I said, we did enjoy our stay, but management might want to look into a few things.
