Three By the Seaは2012年に建てられ、自宅にいるように感じるようにちょうどいい感じで美しく装飾されています。 私たちの家は快適に4つの寝室と3つの半風呂で10を眠る。 各階にバスルームがあります。 私たちは彼ら自身の別々のバスルームと2つのマスターベッドルームを持っているので、2家族用の十分な部屋。

Excellent All Around

Super nice, spacious, clean, awesome! It’s a great location near the beach. Very comfortable with great views of the ocean and Intercoastal Waterway. Definitely recommend this property.

Incredible place to stay with two families!

Chad was absolutely amazing to work with! He was so attentive and caring! The house was absolutely beautiful and accommodated 4 adults and 4 kids very easily. The kitchen is fully equipped with any sort of dishes you will need, which made cooking easy! Also the fridge is a great size and fit all of the food we needed from our giant grocery haul! The beach is super easy to get to, I took my two little ones in a stroller and was still able to get there in like 2-3 minutes. The pier was so beautiful! Definitely recommend going out there for a sunset or a walk! Great home and great location! Would definitely stay again! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Great stay

Fantastic property and wonderful location! Loved all the common spaces for relaxing with the family, especially the wonderful decks! Close walks to both the beach and a dock on sound side. Owner was very responsive and great to work with.

3rd Annual Family Vacation At Three by the Sea

This was our 3rd vacation in a row in this home and I hope many more. Great house, great owners and great time. Close walk to the beach and the dock in the sound is a big favorite. Bring or rent kayaks and paddle boards if you like and bring fishing and crabbing equipment. The owners keep in touch and make sure everything is good. Also has elevator for us old folks! Community pool in the center of the complex.

Perfect place for two families

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Plenty of space to accommodate two families with no problem. Home was clean and the kids enjoyed the pool every afternoon. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for two couples with small kids

Couldn’t have been happier with the stay. We traveled with another couple and their baby, brining our 4 year old and our own baby. Great layout and location to give everyone space and ideal hang out space. Easy to pool and views of the Intercoastal Waterway. Super short walk to beach. Seriously could. Ot have asked for a better time.

Absolutely amazing

This place was in the perfect location, near town, the pier and beach. It was beautiful with great views, and had plenty of space for the kids who really enjoyed the pool (which was never crowded) and riding the elevator. It was very turn key and made our vacation amazing. The host was very responsive even though we had no issues whatsoever. Great rental, thanks to the hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay! The elevator is a lifesaver for luggage and groceries. The dock provided great fishing, good conversation with neighbors, and beautiful sunsets. Location of the house was perfect, the community was quiet and relaxing, and an easy walk to the beach.

All you could need

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Four couples with two infants and we had plenty of space. The main floor is nice and open so you can see everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked with multiple sets of dishes and utensils, pots, pans, tubberware, and everything you need to make meals. It was nice having a dishwasher available so no one had to do dishes. The coffee pot and blender were nice to have as well. The fridge was huge and we had no issues fitting everything in there. The dinning room table is what sold me originally. We love playing games as a family and this easily fit all of us. The two big couches were super comfortable and there was a plush rug in front of the tv that the babies loved playing on. Also, it was so nice to have a highchair and pack and play available to use - we really appreciated not having to take ours with us! Beds and bedrooms were all comfortable. The main bedrooms had plenty of room for pack and plays. The upstairs bedroom has a nice sitting room that we converted into a small bedroom for one of the kids and it was perfect. We had rain on our last day there, but it gave us a chance to catch up on laundry before we packed up with the in-unit washer and dryer. We were also super appreciative of the elevator that went to all of the floors! The unit was an easy walk to the beach, even with two babies and all of the things they need. There were also a few chairs and a beach cart left that we were able to use, which was nice. The pool was clean and well kept. Chad was a wonderful host and made it known that he was available if we needed anything through the week. I won’t call it a downside, but more of a side note that you need to bring (or rent) all towels, including kitchen towels and bathroom hand towels, as well as your beach and shower towels and wash clothes. Overall, we had a great week and this property worked perfectly for our family! Would highly recommend.

Beautiful home.

Great layout, especially the living room. The couches are incredibly comfortable and there are thoughtful touches like throw pillows and throws blankets. Elevator super helpful for loading and unloading. Storage was at a minimum. No dressers, but cubes and closets for clothing. While beautifully decorated it felt like room for your things was scarce. Mattresses were much too firm for everyone. The king mattress is brand new, but very firm. I'm sure it's a durability issue, but there was discussion of sleeping on the couches for comfort. Bright colors, fresh and contemporary. Good amenities at the home, outdoor showers, chairs, a cart fully stocked kitchen and a deck on every room. It was the perfect size.

Great stay at Coastal Cay

Third year in a row on Coastal Cay and the second year at 112. The owners are great people and take good care of the property. The elevator really helps with heavy bags and store runs. The younger folks appreciate the pool and spending time on the pier fishing and taking out their kayak and paddle boards. I hope we’ll be there again next year. Just have to get everyone’s schedule straight.

Couldn’t have been better

Everything from initial inquiry of the property to the day of check out months later was seamless and smooth. Chad always made himself available for questions, clarification, etc. and the communication was awesome. We felt the pictures didn’t do the property justice, it was better than expected. It truly was a short walk to the beach and the pool was a huge bonus for those lunchtime breaks especially for all the kids. Weather was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a better one/experience at Three by the Sea, thanks again Chad and Kim!

Making great memories

We were so pleased with the cleanness of the home. Very nice neighborhood and a short walk to the beach. The community pool was also very nice and clean. The owners Chad Bandy was very pleasant to work with - checked in on us several times to ensure all was well. I would definitely recommend this home . There was 6 adults and 4 kids and plenty of room. Really loved having two sofas in the living room giving plenty of room for seating - also having the pac n play and high chair was a plus

Great place to stay

Only there for a few days but everything was wonderful, the house was very nice, kitchen was very spacious, and the walk to the beach was not out of the way for a 2nd/3rd row house.

Quiet, clean and perfect location

This house was great and exactly as pictured. Clean spacious and everything worked perfect! The elevator was so nice to have for luggage and groceries. The hosts were friendly and very informative on instructions for the house. We are so thankful we found this for our family vacation this year.

Uniquely positioned between the ocean and sound, you can view the sunrise in the morning on one side of the house and the sunset on the other. The community has a private pier for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or just great views of the sunset. Great property for families with children to ride bikes, scooters, or take a short walk to the beach.
