Holmes Beach is waiting for you at this superb 3-bedroom Villa. Sea You Soon was remodeled and now features new full bathrooms including one with a tub and a kitchen with quartz counters and plenty of storage. With 2 king bed bedrooms and a bunk room with 2 bunk beds (twin over full), this charming property offers a cozy retreat for guests. Enjoy the convenience of a heated community pool just outside your door. Lots of extra space to spread out with 4 decks including one screened in room. The garage holds all the necessary beach equipment, extra refrigerator, and a ping pong table to enjoy the beach which is only a 6 minute walk away. There are 3 separate living spaces to enjoy and hang out in to spread out comfortably in the home. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Holmes Beach. VRC # COA25-000012

This condo was the perfect home away from home. My family of 6 stayed here for 10 days and never once were we on top of one another, very spacious. Decorating is chic coastal. Owner was available immediately when I had any questions. Been coming to Anna Maria for 15 years and this made our top 5 places!

We enjoyed the stay at Sea You Soon! It was clean, lots of beach gear (coolers, chairs, towels, and wagon to take everything with us), and everything you might want in the kitchen. The decor was updated and comfortable.Definitely would stay here again!

Easy entrance, great communication with the host, well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. Very comfy beds. Location is very convenient. The traffic on the island was insane. The area needs a convenience store for grocery items. No close gas stations, assuming due to the hurricanes. The pool is really well taken care of. Beautifully decor on the inside. Plenty of room to relax and spend time with family. Definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very nicely decorated and very well stocked. I did gave 3 stars for cleaning though as the place was not ready when we arrived. We came the week of spring break so I’m sure they were very busy but when they did show up they didn’t do a great job. Dishwasher was full of dishes, coffee grounds in coffee maker, and it was all around not cleaned well. Owner had cleaning people come back but we were too tired from our drive to have them come back in and go through house. Other then that place was awesome.

This condo is so well decorated, I felt like we were at a resort. Well appointed with everything you need. Plenty of beach chairs. The beds were SO comfortable. Literally, not one complaint. This is the perfect place for a friends trip as there are plenty of places to sleep and 2.5 baths. Very easy to get grocery deliveries right to the unit. We rented a golf cart from Robin Hood (highly recommend) which they drop off and pick-up at the unit. Very responsive host.

We love Anna Maria Island and our whole family enjoyed staying at this property. We had an issue with one of the showers and Kelly responded immediately and had her handyman there to make the repairs in a timely manner without any inconvenience to us! The home was very well equipped, tastefully decorated and it was more spacious than we expected. There was ample space/seating upstairs for family dinners and games at the table. The room off the garage was a great space for the young adults to get away and watch their shows/play games or hang out and read a book on the lower deck swinging chairs. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, pots & pans and appliances (crockpot, rice cooker, tea kettle, blender, coffee maker - one that uses both traditional and Kurig pods, etc.).The property has plenty of games, books and beach equipment reducing what you need to bring with you. There were plenty of beach towels, sand toys, two wagons, 6 beach chairs, small coolers, etc. I highly recommend renting a golf cart at Crabby Joe’s - they provide great customer service and carts. The location was within easy walking/biking distance to the beach and dining/ice cream/shops.We would definitely stay at Kelly’s property again!

Beautifully decorated and well appointed home in great location. We were, however, disappointed that our host did not share with us that the community pool would be closed for 3 days of work HOA scheduled maintenance while we were there. If we had known we would have chosen a different week.

This home has lots of spaces to hang out. We wanted a place where extended family could come together which means needing lots of space. I love the screened in porch and the entire wall of doors in the living room.
