Lovely Stay

Convenient location - close to downtown attractions. The front desk concierge staff was nice.The host answered our questions immediately and was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

I've stayed at another Peachtree condo before but this was the best! We got a designated parking spot which was amazing considering the price of parking in ATL the place was spacious and there were streaming services and two TVs. Most things were in walking distance or down the street, and the owner was very kind and helpful. When we arrived there was a car in the designated spot and she handled it right away, 10/10 stay

Great stay

Overall the stay was great. Our host was amazing she was easy to contact and explained everything. The area was a little iffy, the homeless downstairs are a little much but once inside all is great. She even let us stay a little later and told me where I could do laundry so I went home with clean clothes. Will stay again if I end up back in Atlanta.

The place is great

The place is great. Super clean and central to everything in and around Atlanta. Nice restaurants to walk to and interstates are close. Very convenient place to stay all the way around.

Good central location

Good central location in walking distance of the Aquarium, World of Coke, restaurants, etc. Having a dedicated parking spot is a big help. Property is clean inside, elevators are quick, building itself feels plenty secure. Was an ok size for two parents and one teen though probably not much bigger than that. Well stocked with plates and dishes, small appliances, etc.

Great central location!

Very convenient for us especially since a reserved parking spot was included. Condo was plenty big for 2 people and very comfy. Our host was extremley helpful with speedy responses to our texts. She definitely aims for great customer service and it shows!

Excellent location and condo

Perfect location downtown Atlanta for conventions, dining, etc. Great condo with roomy den, bedroom, balcony. Really great overall experience.

Conference stay

We were in town for the week for a conference at the GWCC that we attend annually. This is the first time we haven’t stayed in a hotel and we were extremely pleased with the property, location, and Desiree was awesome! We will definitely stay here again when in Atlanta!

Heart of Atlanta

This condo is the perfect place to stay when visiting Atlanta. It is so comfortable, has everything and more you need for a few days or longer! It’s beautifully decorated with original pieces of art which is such a plus. The shower was great as was the bed! We were easily able to walk to the triangle of museums: Coca Cola; the Georgia Aquarium and the National Center for Human and Civil Rights. Additionally, there are lots of good restaurants within a short walk. The hostess is so helpful and available. I can’t recommend this little jewel enough for a great Atlanta stay!

Excellence of Communication & Experience

The communication from the owner was excellent and efficient. Continuous follow ups starting from the week of stay. This is very comfortable when you are dealing with the stress of traveling. This place is perfect for a quick or long stay. It was accommodated with all the essential needs for the perfect stay. The reserved parking helped established extra comfort as well. I meet some other visitors and they were envy of us because we didn’t have to deal with the stress of parking and parking security. If you are like me and check all reviews, looking for a reasonable price, looking for a nice clean place, with Chick-Fila type customer service. This is the spot. Book now!!!!!!!

Exactly What We Wanted

Everything is exactly as described and without headache or incident. Downtown Atlanta is dangerous and there is an abundance of homeless near the front door that will confront you and talk to you almost every time you come and go. Every time I come back to this city this problem is more & more obvious. Once inside the safety protocol is followed.

Exactly as advertised!

This place was perfect! The location was close to everything we wanted to do. And the parking spot was great to have. The building was nice and Desiree was accommodating to all our needs! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone coming to Atlanta!5stars all the way

Perfect - staying here again!!

Everything was wonderful. I cannot say enough about the owner and her quick response to all of my questions. The place was clean, comfortable and right next to the conference center where I had to go each day. The parking spot helped a lot and I loved the bed and shower! YAY - booking again for sure - thanks so much <3 It is a big city so there are lots of homeless people. I was confident and polite to them and they did not give me any hassle at all. They asked for money but stopped when I said no. So just be prepared that right outside they congregate by the monument. I never felt unsafe but if people do not have contact with homeless people regularly it could be intimidating.

Atlanta New Years Eve

We had a great stay, property was everything it was advertised to be. Desiree provides us early communication and details about the listing. She was also very responsive to any need we had during our stay. This location is walking distance to the Mercedes Benz Stadium and one block from a Marta Station. Lots of good eats, coffee, and entertainment within walking distance. It was also very convenient to have scooter rentals next door. We will keep this unit on our return next time. Thank you Desiree.

Desiree is an awesome property owner. She delivers on everything that she promises. She is very friendly and outgoing. Even though I have only talked to her on the phone, I feel like I have known her for a long time. She is that easy to talk to. Her property was well stocked and very clean. The condo is within walking distance of the Mercedes Benz Dome, convention center and tons of great restaurants and places to go. I would recommend Desiree to anyone.
