Condo was clean and well-appointed. We especially appreciated the laundry detergent supplied with the washer/dryer. The location was wonderful being close to downtown and the river trail. The reservation was easy to make and it was easy to stay in touch with Kathleen.

The property was clean and stocked well. They had extra blankets, towels and TP which are not always available in VRBO's. The location was an easy walk to downtown Buena Vista. There is a great view of the collegiate peaks. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors, but it wasn't too bad.

Thank you for mentioning so many positives regarding our condo! I was surprised when you mentioned hearing the neighbors because it’s an end unit, only one person lives in the unit below ours, and the unit beside ours is often vacant. At anyrate, we do try to take care of a lot of extras, and it seems like you noticed that! Thanks again for staying with us.

Perfect location for BV stay. Comfortable beds, had everything we needed, was a little warm with no AC for hotter than normal CO summer temps, but we were out and about adventuring during day for our stay, so didn't bother us much.

Very nice place to stay. Clean and well equipped. Beautiful views of the mountains! Communications were quick and professional. Location was good as well. Close to hiking by the river and a short walk to Main St. We would recommend this unit for a stay in Buena Vista:)

Absolutely beautiful views! Location was super close and convenient to downtown and the gorgeous river walk area! Communication was extremely easy and always super prompt!

Our family needed a weekend getaway. This condo provided a wonderful place for us to recover after hiking and exploring the Arkansas River Valley.Clean, great views, and so close to great food.

This condo was great! Right in downtown Buena Vista, 2nd floor with awesome views of the Sawatch mountain range. The host was friendly, responsive, and very helpful. We had an excellent trip with many perfect days of fly fishing. Really appreciated the cleanliness and how well the condo was equipped with every thing you would need for a long vacation. The little details made a big difference in pleasantness of the stay! The bedrooms and kitchen were nice and spacious, parking was easy, and checkout tasks were minimal. I would definitely stay at this property again.

We went fly fishing, hiking and to the hot springs. Lots more to do if we had more time. Highly recommend Jan’s for breakfast and the Viking for dinner.

Lesson learned! I will always verify heat and air from this point forward. Although I now understand that it is common for many places in Colorado to not have air-conditioning, we were there during a heat wave and it was completely unbearable. I went and purchased fans, and we were still sweating sitting at the dining room table. As a result, we cut our trip short as we could not sleep another night in a hot house. To be fair, it was not listed in the amenities. I just wish they had been more explicit about the lack of air conditioning. Lesson learned. Customer service was great and they were kind and offered a discount during our next stay.

Occasionally Colorado will have unusually hot weather, and that seems to be what Gina’s group experienced. After learning that they left a day early, I was worried about our guests that were checking in during the same heat wave. However, while that group mentioned the weather, they still had a great stay. Our condo is equipped with ceiling fans in the living area and master bedroom, and the other bedroom has its own smaller fan. Those and cooler Colorado evenings have always been enough for comfortable sleeping. And as I told Gina, I’ll be happy to work with her on her next visit; I want her to love BV as much as we do!
