WHITE HOUSEは、バハマで最も新しいヴィラレンタルの1つであるパームケイゲートコミュニティにある現代的な豪華なビーチフロントヴィラです。ナッソー空港から車でわずか30分、パラダイス島のナッソーのダウンタウンまたはアトランティスまで10分以内です。

Perfect family getaway spot

This house was perfect for our family getaway. The secluded beach off the back deck is absolutely amazing. The kitchen and common spaces were all plenty large for the 12 of us to hang out, and the third floor was great for the kids when the grownups wanted some peace downstairs. Do note that the master suite is significantly bigger than the other bed rooms, so make sure you call dibs if you're booking for your group! The marina and the on site restaurant are a 3 minute walk, and there are plenty other restaurants within a reasonable cab ride. The grocery is technically walkable, but it's a bit of a hike. There are e-scooters and bikes available that make it more accessible for light needs if you don't mind jumping on one of those.Guy's personal touches as host really elevated the experience. He had great recommendations and personal connections for just about everything we wanted to do, he was responsive every time we messaged him, and he was very accommodating around our check-in/check-out times.

Great spot on the beach

Had an awesome week on the beach. lots of room for 3 families and an extremely well stocked house with beach toys, kitchen extras and the community even had a nice park for the kids.

My family of 6 had a wonderful vacation staying at the White House! The house and property were so beautiful. The house is huge and full of every amenity you would need for the week. Guy was extremely helpful and communicated with us quickly if we needed anything or had any questions. The property is unbeatable for privacy and the perfect beach location. Aside from a few shell seekers we rarely had anyone on our private beach front area. One of my favorite spots to hang out was on the master bedrooms patio which had a comfy couch to relax on and over look the water. We booked Jeffrey for a few rides around the island and he was wonderful and we learned a lot about the Bahamas from his trips. Jeffrey can also help you with any reservations or entertainment you might to to try. We also used Cheryl’s car service and they were great too. We stopped on the way from the airport for 30 min to get food and alcohol for the week. We did eat at the coffee shop in the morning and the restaurant on site at night quite a few times and the food was very good, probably better than some of our meals at the hotel/casinos. I would definitely recommend staying at Guy’s White House and hope to go back again soon.

Great location and great host

This is a nice property right on the beach in Palm Cay. It’s spacious and is a nice spot for large groups. Guy is an excellent host and is available for anything you really need. You are right on the beach so it’s very private only downside is there is construction right next door. The ocean is calm and very good for kids. Geoffrey is a host at Palm Cay and he is excellent use him for anything you want to book. Palm Cay is a little isolated and you can’t easily get a cab only hired cars which are about twice a regular cab rate. They do have a marina car you can use to drive to the food stop which is very helpful. Overall it is a nice property the I pay comments I would have is the water pressure isn’t great and we had a few times the showers just shut off no water. Also the property is a little dated and it’s not a true 5 bedroom as one of the beds is a fold out sofa. Not a bad thing but just be aware it’s not really a bed room. Kitchen is great and set up for large groups, have 2 dishwashers is nice. A/C is also a little tough as it didn’t really cool down the 3rd floor. Overall it’s a good experience just a little remote, one restuarant, and a few points on the house. One last comment is I have been to VRBO when the check out process is a pain with Guy it was so easy and he stopped by before we left, great person to work with.

Spring break

We stayed in March 2023 for spring break, and an absolute blast. This is a great property and the house has plenty of room to spread out over the 3 levels. It’s at the end of the beach so a little more quiet, which was nice and a short walk to the marina, restaurant and pool. Guy was very nice, came by to check on us the first day and was responsive. We didn’t end up using the wristbands to use the members only pool and he kindly refunded us. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. I would also recommend Live2Fish for a great day on the water, kids caught fish, captain cooked up our food right on the boat and then we got to snorkel and look for conch.

A beautiful ocean front vacation home

The white house is as beautiful as the photos and Guy was very easy to work with and always responsive.Walk in the front door and see the blue blue ocean right in front. It's breathtaking. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the furnishings all very nice. The beds and linens are all very comfy. All is immaculate. We hired a private chef for three nights and were served out on the patio with candles and party lights. It was fabulous! Being the last house on the beach is the best. Although other homes are close, we felt very private. Gorgeous swimming right out the door. We spent most days lounging on the beach and swimming in the ocean. The recommended chefs (Everton Smith and Quinton Outen)and driver and Massage therapist(Samantha) were amazing. Shout out to Jeffrey Deveaux who drove us wherever we wanted to go all week. He even got us restaurant reservations. Highly recommend him. We visited Atlantis for gambling and restaurants, and Baha Mar for the water park. The nearby Pink Octopus and Starbucks came in very handy. Loved them all. We would definitely come here again with our family and friends. We were well taken care of. Thank you Guy and everyone at Palm Cay!

The house is beautiful and spacious. It has a magnificent view of the beach. We love it. Guy, was wonderful and help us with boats and other arrangements!! We are going back for sure!!!

The property itself was amazing! And the manager’s service was incredible. The house comfortably slept 7, had a fully stocked kitchen appliance wise, and had a wonderful beach. If you could take the house and put it in another resort we would return every year. However the Palm Cay Resort was terrible. Don’t believe the pretty pictures and videos.we had three children with us and I wouldn’t let them play at the park due to it’s dangerous, broken structures everywhere. The gym had rusted equipment, broken cardio equipment and they still charged you to use it. The dockside cafe charged $20 for a breakfast sandwich and $6.50 for a black coffee- and were particularly unfriendly. The Pink Octopus had decent food, but the service was poor and the attitudes of everyone working on the resort were negative. Every time we went to the welcome center we were greeted with another less than pleasant person. There was construction non stop at the resort pool area of which you paid to use. Please stay at White House only if you are expecting absolutely nothing from the resort. It is a shame for Guy that the company managing the resort does such a poor job. His service and his home are amazing.

relaxing family vacation

The property was spacious for 7 adults and one teenager. We ate in most nights, taking advantage of the large cooking area, outdoor grill, and lots of appliances. Nice living room area and very nice beach just steps away.

Excellent vacation

We were two families of five and there was still room for more guests. Incredibly comfortable house that had everything needed and more. The kitchen was fantastic with two fridges, two dishwashers and sinks. The location is directly on the beach and the photos in the profile are accurate. Our host and owner Guy, lives close by and is friendly and helpful. Everyone enjoyed the holiday and if we go back to Nassau, this is where we will stay.

Paradise for beach lovers

This house was amazing! Very well stocked, clean, comfy in everyway. The beach was amazing...just step off the deck and there is the beach. Guy was amazing! So very helpful prior to our stay and during our stay. We will definitely be renting this house next visit!

The White House

This house is gorgeous, immaculate and has a beautiful beach! We enjoyed snorkeling just a few steps from the back door; we gathered at the fire pit almost every night (weather permitting). The location is close to downtown for excursions but if you want to relax and stay on the property, the Pink Octopus is a quick two minute walk from the front door. Guy (pronounced Gee), was helpful and accommodating- he even drove us to the grocery store to get what we needed! I would love to stay here again and I will definitely recommend !

White House Bahamas - March 2022

The property is incredible - beach front, beautiful water, very private and quiet. The owner, Guy, is incredibly attentive and personable. It was a perfect week of relaxation and we will hopefull return soon!

The White House is the BEST House

Overall, my wife, 2 children (ages 5 & 8), and both sets of parents plus my wife's sister couldn't have been happier here. First, Guy is an excellent host and was so helpful with all our needs and even had GREAT recommendations for dining and activities. Second, the BEST part about this property besides the incredible home itself, is the beach. Perfect for swimming and relaxation. Lastly, the location of this property and the amenities were incredible, many days were spent simply enjoying the space and the beach.

Fantastic Week

We celebrated my recent retirement with 9 people in a 3 generational vacation ranging in age from 7 months to 72 years. We couldn't have asked for anything better. The house is spectacular with plenty of room for all 9 of us. It is the last house on the beach, so there is some sense of privacy. The beach is beautiful and protected enough that our 2 1/2 year old went swimming. Guy, the owner was incredibly responsive to any of our requests. There are beach toys that kept the 2 1/2 year old busy and comfortable beach furniture for the rest of us. There is a grocery and liquor store a half mile away, and Guy gallantly drove us for a shopping trip, and my daughter and I comfortably walked to the grocery one day for some odds and ends. If you plan other activities, such as a sailing trip or a private chef, bring cash as they do not accept credit cards. There is an ATM in the groceery store if you run out. We are seriously considering a repeat visit

Excellent Property, great location and a super helpful host.

Enjoyed our 5 day vacation in Bahamas. The day long boat trip to Rose Island was great fun (suggested by Guy and owned by Oliver).

Absolutely the best!

The White House was the perfect getaway for our extended family to gather for a holiday at the beach. Everything was exactly as described in the listing and property instructions. Light and beautiful with views from many rooms and comfortable seating inside and out! Our kids of all ages enjoyed the loft space. The huge kitchen with 4 ovens and 2 dishwashers made large family meals a breeze. The house is amazing but the very best parts of the trip are the location and the (unexpected) personal, thoughtful management by the owner, Guy. Truly the most warm and generous host! And the LOCATION was the perfect beach for long, relaxing days with kids (age 3-12) and adults. The neighborhood store, workout, parks, courts, pools, and restaurants offered easy, lovely walkable outings. The beach was pristine and the White House had all the chairs, towels, floats, and toys to enjoy the crystal clear water. All outside your back door!!! Wish we were still there! And dreaming about a time that we can return. Could not recommend this property more.
