Excellent stay! Host was very accommodating and communicative! Property was very clean and more spacious than we expected. The pictures do not do it justice. Fenced in backyard was perfect for our special needs, children and dog. This property was beautifully decorated and had books, puzzles and games which was perfect for entertaining after the toddlers were settled. If you have toddlers or special needs children, you may want to put some things up and out of reach for safekeeping. All in all it was a great experience! The only downside was some distant neighbors playing their loud base a couple times. Nothing that the host could control!

Cute cottage. Enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. The property owners thought of all the little things from a list of local businesses to the fenced back yard for our dog.

Yes, welcoming to pets. There’s a gated side yard that’s perfect for a small dog to enjoy being outside off leash.

This is a wonderful little house! Lovely touches like puzzles, games for the kids, coffee, tea - even oatmeal provided in the kitchen. Great TV and internet. And a very welcome fenced in yard for our furkid. Our host Joe was fantastic... very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this house for folks staying in Oberlin!

This is a lovely home to stay at. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed it very much. It is comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Thank you Joe, for providing the assorted coffee pods – they were much appreciated. The couch was spacious and comfy !. There is plenty of drawer space in both bedrooms. A bonus was finding a nice desk and chair in one bedroom. Everything was great – no complaints. We will happily stay here again.
