Second time I’ve rented this property and it was even better than the first time. Super close to the beach and downtown Dewey. Host is great at communicating and let us know we could check-in early. Had everything we needed for a great stay!

Very nice condo. Rooms were comfortable. Host made check in very easy. If you are sensitive to noise you are going to hear the music from the Bottle & Cork on the weekend until at least midnight. That is the price you pay to stay in the heart of Dewey.

Great location

This property was clean and easily accessible to many things around Dewey. It is right across the street from beach access and within walking distance of many resteraunts.

Perfect location in Dewey

I’ve vacationed in Dewey the last 5 years and this was easily the best location. Will hopefully be able to stay there in the future.

Perfect Dewey Beach Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect! Just a short walk to the beach (which is dog friendly in the morning and evenings), restaurants, and entertainment. It also super convenient to drive to some great restaurants nearby. The unit was very clean, roomy, and tastefully decorated. We loved the beach decor.

Girls Trip

Place was clean and very conveniently located! Tons of restaurants and bars to walk to, we were right by a trolley stop to get to Rehoboth and we were on the same block as North Beach by the bay. Had a blast and Mike communicated whenever we needed him!

This is my third time staying at Mike’s place. He is an awesome host. He responds promptly and does well with accommodating and reaching out. The location of this condo is amazing! Right by all of the best bars Dewey has to offer.

Dewey Eat, yes we Dew!

My adult children and I love Dewey Beach and this unit was very accomodating to our family. It was clean, all appliances worked very well, and the air conditioning was very comfortable. The location was very convient and close to the beach. Thank you again for the hospitality!

Perfect location

Celebrated my daughter’s birthday with family and friends. We stayed five days. The condo was super comfy and clean and stocked with bathroom and kitchen essentials - even washer and dryer which was great to go home with clean towels! The of the condo was perfect walking distance to all of the resturants, shops and water sports. The beach was literally across the street and was in the perfect location for umbrella and chair rentals, if needed. All of the recommendations were spot on! Everyone enjoyed their stay and already looking forward to next year☀️

The property was in a great location and close to everything. The property could have been cleaned better. The floors were dirty and the couch was worn, had visibly dirty pillows and the couch smelled of body sweat. Pillows in the bedrooms had saliva stains on them. Our TV did not work the whole time during our stay. We contacted VRBO support who did nothing to remedy the problem.

Mold & ants were our main concern. Recently remodeled so parts are very nice, but not worth it! Made all of us sick!Host was quick to respond but what could they do?

The property was recently renovated, and there has never been any evidence of mold. After receiving this concern, we immediately offered to investigate and address any issues. Regarding the ants, this can occasionally occur in beach homes, particularly if food has been left out during warm weather. We responded promptly with recommendations and treatment, and the issue was addressed quickly. We take every guest concern seriously and respond as fast as possible whenever something is brought to our attention. We encourage prospective guests to read our many other reviews, which consistently reflect the cleanliness, quality, and care we put into maintaining the property.
