Guest Access:

Prior to arrival, guests will receive a private door code through the Airbnb app that will unlock the front door.



There is a resort access RFID key next to the entrance. This key is needed to access the resort amenities. If you lose this key or fail to return it, a $165 replacement charge will apply.

• Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. However, we offer mid-stay cleaning services for an additional fee if requested. Fresh towels and linens are available in the unit.

• BBQ Rental (Optional):

Cost: $75 for the entire stay.

Please note that USPS does not deliver to vacation homes. We recommend using UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

Private Pool Heating



• Cost: $34/day for the entire stay.

• Max Temperature: Set to 88°F (31°C).

• Notice: Please request at least 3 days in advance.

• Conditions: Pool heater operates through a heat exchange system and may be limited in cold weather; best used between November and April.

• No Refunds if the desired temperature cannot be reached due to weather.
