I’m Tatiana Santana Boudreaux — a licensed real estate agent and founder of Santaneaux Inc., a family-owned property management and vacation-rental group in South Florida. Born in Venezuela and living in the U.S. since 2005, my background in Tourism Management and private aviation taught me to deliver service that’s punctual, personal and detail-driven.

In 2009 we launched Santaneaux Inc. to help absentee owners protect and grow their investments in a region that welcomes guests from all over the world. Today, under HappyStayFL, we manage 20+ properties across South Florida.

I’m a proud mom of two teenagers — we play tennis, love camping, and laugh a lot. My favorite part of hosting is meeting friendly people from other cultures and having the chance to practice the languages I speak (Spanish, English, French and Italian). Those conversations make every stay memorable.
