We stayed here the 1st two nights of our trip, and then 1 night in the middle. The condo was clean, the beds pretty comfortable, the showers good - the reasons for 2 stars. But when we arrived, the building front door lock was broken, so no need for that code, no building safety. The hallway of our first floor of the 4 unit building smelled extremely strong and pungent from the neighbor's cooking, which made our unit smell very badly for 2 days! The kitchen counters are cheap white material with magic marker drawn on it to look like marble - so very tacky and cheap looking!!! Upon arrival of the 2nd stay, 2 bath towels were missing for the 4 of us, and no kitchen towel this time.

We rented this condo for the 1st 2 nights of our trip, and then again for 1 night in the middle. Gregory was the worst host we've ever dealt with over many years of renting in many places. He never initiated any contact. When I wanted to modify my reservation months before our stay, he had no idea how to do it, I had to call a vrbo manager. We never got a check in code, and I had to call vrbo again on arrival day, from the outgoing airport, as we were only 3 hours away! They gave it to me, not Gregory, he then sent it after vrbo contacted him! The condo is in a 4 unit building. Upon arrival we found that the building door lock was broken, so no code needed there. The hallway had an extremely unpleasant pungent smell from the neighbor's cooking, which permeated our unit for 2 days! I reported a broken shelf under the living room tv to Gregory right away, he didn't care. The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean, the shower was good. But there was only 1 hand towel in each of the 2 bathrooms for 4 people. The kitchen counter and island is white with black magic marker streaks all over it, trying to look like marble, but it looks so very tacky and cheap! We never got a code for our 2nd check in, so I had to contact him again - was told to use the same code. No kitchen dishtowel was provided this 2nd time, and we were missing 2 bath towels - again, when I contacted him, he didn't care and gave excuses that it was the cleaners fault. Never again!

We would not host Lynne and their party in the future. They brought extra guests over without letting us know. We did provide checkin code. All she have to do is to check the vrbo app. She kept mixing up her reservation…we provide sufficient towels for the size of the reservation. She repeated made unusual requests. If you don’t know how to operate the app or lock you can always ask us.
