Family of 9 getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the location of the property on Butler Beach. Would have been nice if the at least one of the 2 treadmills in the common gym would have been working given the August heat.

We appologize for the treadmills not working. We were in the process of getting the new ones delivered. The heat outside has been bad this year, but the treadmills were delivered we also got a new full body work out machine. Next visit you will have pleanty of gym equipment to use. -Colony Reef Club Team

Great Family Getaway

Loved our stay! Location was fantastic, property grounds were clean and well maintained. We loved how close the beach and pool were, the kids went back and forth between the two all day! We were a party of 3 adults and 4 kids and there were beds to spare! Master bed was super comfy, which is always appreciated!

We enjoyed our stay. Would have loved a complete view of the ocean. The room with the bunk beds is very claustrophobic. Everything else was very nice. We had a great family vacation!

Hi Mary, We're so happy you had a great stay and the family had a fantastic vacation. Yes, that third bedroom known as the "crows nest" is very tiny, but perfect for the little ones. We look forward to having you back to stay with us. Thanks, Natalie D.

Super family friendly resort, excellent pool and facilities. Unit cleanliness ok, old bread still in oven and Cheetos on floor upon arrival. But great kitchen supplies, had everything we needed. No parking pass in our welcome package and we arrived after hours - we then received a tow violation so make sure you check in with office as soon as open for parking pass.

Hi Rachel, We're glad you enjoyed the resort and amenities. It truly is a wonderful family friendly place. I apologize for the missed items from Housekeeping and I have made sure our housekeeper knows to double check her work. It's common for our guests to misplace their parking passes so we always follow up with our guests before we would ever tow a vehicle. We look forward to welcoming you back to CRC! Thanks, Natalie D.

Cute Condo

The location of this property is great. It was clean and well kept, would definitely stay here again. We went as a friend group and the room with 4 bunk beds is more for small children, but we made it work for grown adults. The shower gets cold very quickly, if you are traveling with several be sure to space out your shower time. Overall a great place to stay!

Escaping the snow

We had a Wonderful time on our vacation. The condo was clean and comfortable. We had what we needed to cook when we did. The pool area was very nice. Spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the weather. One suggestion would be for more chairs out there. There are 4 but we had 5 people. We would definitely return for another stay!

Master does need new bed - way, too soft.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were able to rent this unit when another condo we rented in St. Augustine beach experienced last minute renovations. This updated condo is very nice and would highly recommend. A special call out to the front desk reservation person, George J, who was extremely helpful and friendly.

3 day get away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I thought the condo was nice but needed a few improvements for the convenience and safety of their guests. I did not see the Master bedroom so cannot comment on that. We stayed in the smaller room. Just a simple ring by the sink on the wall with a towel ring would have been so nice. With all the other towels in use there was no good place to hang hand towels. The floor of the tub was so slippery I also fell. There are no grab bars or any other safety items. Even a rubber mat would have been appreciated. For safety after the first bath we did not bathe. A drying string across the tub would have been helpful for wet suits. It looks cute but not the needed basics. The knives in the kitchen are dangerous. Please get them sharpened. A fourth high chair on the patio would be nice so four people could dine at the table outside.
