良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、掲載情報の正確さ
PROS: access to the communal dock which gave us access to Powell Lake. The house was spacious and the front porch was a great amenity.CONS: house lacked basic necessities-had to ask for kitchen towels and several other items - not all requests were met. Kitchen was bare bone. No grill. For a beach house it had no beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. you either need to rent everything beach relate or lug them with you. First two days we slowly discovered missing or defective items which not only annoyed us but annoyed our rental PM because we had to constantly text them to ask for stuff. Her response time became slower as the week progressed. Water filter had to be replaced, foyer lights not working, broken bedroom lamp…..definitely not the best rental we’ve experienced. We were either the first renters in this home or the owners did not want to put too much effort to making this a welcoming or comfortable stay because they want to sell the house. Apparently the house had been on the market for a year.Would not recommend this rental. Plenty of other homes in the area.
