Great property in perfect location

We just had a wonderful four days in this VRBO in Buena Vista. It was conveniently locates super close to downtown and other attractions. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Enough space for two families. We had a blast here!

Nice, new house. Very comfortable and an excellent location near both downtown and South Main, and towards the end of a quiet street. Lots of nice windows and natural light, and the windows and ceiling fans helped cool the house down in the evenings (since no AC). The garbage cans didn't have bear straps and were knocked over twice, which we had to clean up. We hope the owners will bear-proof their trash ASAP! It was also a little bare bones during our stay. It would have been nice to have more bath towels upstairs, and more soap and toilet paper. Otherwise everything was great. We enjoyed our stay.

Very Good!

Great house to stay in - very clean! It is further than 150 ft from Main St though and unless you have your own account on Netflix, Hulu, etc. You will not be able to watch T.V. - also bring some wash cloths with you - they only provide 3 for the whole house to use! Other than that, it was a great location and a good stay!

Overall a fairly nice place although we caught them at a bad time. The washing machine broke which caused somewhat of a fiasco getting the house ready for us. When we entered, the bunk beds which are actually just two twin beds next to each other (not a bunk bed as advertised) had comforters that were visibly dirty. I did let the owner know who quickly had the cleaning lady come back and clean them. The rest of the house was fairly clean. The backyard was kind of a letdown. It's definitely not close to as advertised. Overgrown. Kind of a mess. The house was within walking distance of the main street in Buena Vista. Quiet location. Overall, not a bad place otherwise.

Perfect “base camp” for BV area

This house was perfectly suited for our friends and family adventures in the BV area. The place was spacious and great for cooking, relaxing, and sleeping after days in the mountains or on the river. Very conveniently located relative to downtown BV, groceries, trailheads, etc.

Wonderful house in BV, CO. Great location- easy walk to Main Street. Enjoyed watching chipmunks and deer right out our bedroom window. Very clean. Plenty of great cookware and kitchen stocked well. Beds very comfortable. Excellent VRBO!! Thank you!!

Couldn’t beat the heat

Nice place and perfect size for our family. Close to everything. It was unseasonably warm during the day and not having A/C made it unbearable inside.

First of all, Buena Vista is very pretty. Surrounded by those 14ers. And the river. So nice!! The house is in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to town. Very clean. Nice beds and sheets. Great backyard. Kitchen has everything one needs!!

Family Reunion

This house was perfect for us Californians who came out for a family 50th Wedding Anniversary in Buena Vista. Kitchen was adequately supplied with all we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Really nice!

Great place!

This place was as advertised. Very nice, clean, and in a good neighborhood. My only suggestion would be to either provide sheets for the couch or suggest to bring some. Outside of that, I would stay there anytime!

Perfect stay — close enough to all the town amenities - but away from the crowds.

We used the house as home base for our stay. Perfectly comfortable and with all the amenities we found ourselves cooking meals and hanging out so as not to have wait on a table at all the places practicing Covid guidelines. My hubby and We will surely be returning to this beautiful city as we haven’t gotten our fill of all the hiking, biking, sightseeing or use of the river this land offers and the scenery has taken us captive! This is a nice house in an awesome location. We’ve rented this place twice. Everything was great EXCEPT it was not very clean. I had to vacuum because the floors were so dusty and dirty. I realize it’s hard to get quality housekeeping but this was a bit ridiculous.

Great Buena Vista, CO House in Town

We had two couples staying at this house in Buena Vista and it was great being in town, near the downtown with lots going on. Coffee shop and fun bars/restaurants a short bike ride away, but with the Collegiate Peaks Fourteeners looming large to the West for hiking and enjoying the mountain scenery. The owner was very responsive and check-in and out was seamless. The home is new and very nice. Would highly recommend.

Awesome spot for families on a quiet street

This place has everything you need for three families with toddlers and babies! The end of the street is dead end so very quiet for strider riding and playing out front (love the small boulders to climb on. Also a easy walk to Main Street for a little more action. House has a full kitchen, bedrooms are large to fit cribs, and everything is new and clean. Thank you for allowing a little early check in.
